Just bought a spare unit by mistakes Cisco P/N: AIR-AP1250=

All,
I bought the 1250 Spare unit by mistake from CDW. I thought I got the right P/N. I came without any radio/antenna.
Which P/N do I need to get this spare to work with 2 5Ghz radio and set 2 sets of Cisco 5Ghz antenna that support 802.11n?
Is it cheaper just to try to return and get a fully configured unit?
My building is in Malibu with lots of 2.4Ghz bases. I really want to use just 5Ghz 802.11n. Most of my laptops are MacBook Pro supporting 802.11n 2x3:2 MIMO. Currently, we have 4 Cisco bases with lots of interferences in 2.4Ghz.

You are right. The pre-installed unit comes with either 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz radios or just 2.4 Ghz radio.

However, I have the base unit without any radio modules at all. What would prevent me to install 2 of the 5Ghz modules? The 2 dummy cover are exactly the same. The slot seems to be the same. Physically, 2 5Ghz radios should fit perfectly.
The question is if anyone has tried it using PoE injector? I have both the spare base unit and PoE injector.
I have read a few posts saying it won't work with two 5Ghz radios. If so, could anyone explain why? I would like to use two 5Ghz radios with 2 Patch antennas (the one designed for the 1250) and cover a long builder (lots of 2.4Ghz bases already installed).

Somebody told me I should have let it discharged and then to fully charge, but I didn't do it, my iphone is working very well, the battery too but I'm worried if the battery lifespan is gonna get worsen soon if I didn't abide by the rules and procedures of battery charging.

Apple does not fix the iPhone 4S, they replace the phone. If not covered by warranty, called an out of warranty exchange. Cost is US $199. Make an appointment at any Apple store.
Be aware, Apple does not sell iPhone parts, thus there is no legitimate source for genuine parts.

I'm happy you figured it out and just try to keep in mind that not everyone you talk to at support will give the same advice or have the same knowledge. Just like those who contribute to these forums. Sometimes Google is your best friend.
I agree that Apple could probably make it easier, but as of yet prefer security over freedom. (sound famaliar?)

Howard has the easiest answer. Or at least, cheapest, since you don't need to purchase an external CD/DVD drive.
The "demo" software from Microsoft's site is exactly the same as what's on the DVD. Install that and activate it with the key in your software box.

I just bought an Airport extreme. I was told I can attach it to my modem/router (one unit) via ethernet cable. When I use airport utility it tells me the device is not connected or found. Any input?

Sorry, but this is not correct. Your Internet connection speed is established by the plan that you have with your Internet Service Provider. The AirPort Extreme will not "speed it up".
Unless there is some special feature that the AirPort Extreme provides that you need, adding another wireless router...when you already have one.... is not going to buy you anything.
The AirPort Extreme is compatible with your modem/router if you want to continue to try to hook it up. It will really help if you have a Mac for the configuration as the Windows Firewall often blocks connection and configuration attempts.

Just bought refurbished -- mistake??

I just bought a refurbished 80G classic for $219.00 + taxes. I thought I was saving so much $$ because it said original price is $349. It's on its way here and I just thought to look at new ones to see what I might have been missing out on, and the new ones are only $249! What's with that? Is it that the original price of the refurbished one was $349 when it was sold the first time, but the price has gone down since? Did I make a mistake? I'm thinking I should have paid the $30 extra to get a brand new one.
Does anyone know what the difference is between the new one and the previous generation that I just bought? I feel pretty silly for not shopping around before placing that order, and just falling for the marketing on the refurbished goods page in the Apple store. Should I send this one back and get the new one instead?

Thanks GLNHP. I've just compared the specs again and they both have video and all the same features, with the exception of less weight in the new one. I've concluded I made a mistake with my purchase, and will send the refurbished one back.

Are you from the US? Do you have a US account? You can try to log into the Japanese store, but you might not be able to. Go into Settings>iTunes & App Stores, Click on your Apple ID, and change locations.
