Just bought an album, and 3 of 22 songs did not download OR fail...

I purchased John Mayer's - Where the Light Is album today on my touch for $13.99 using the album price button. All 22 songs were queued up to download, and all said that they finished successfully. However, only 19 songs appear under John Mayer in the artist view.
I hooked up my Touch to my PC and iTunes to see if that would grab the last 3 songs, but it did not. Those three do not show up in my purchased songs, either, but I know I will receive a statement from iTunes in a day or two listing $13.99 for the entire album which I did not receive.
Who do I contact or what can I do about this?

The songs it missed seem random in order:
Free Fallin' (live)
Vultures (live)
Gravity (live)

Delete the incomplete tracks from your library, sending them to recycle bin, then download them again from your purchased history. If the problem persists use the "report a problem" links from your account history to contact the iTunes store support staff.
Are the incomplete tracks ones that you had previewed before purchasing the album? If so there may be a bug that needs reporting. See this recent post which explains why I ask the question...

I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
(Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.)

I have the EXACT issue as Hatchs88 and the response doesn't help. I found a 3 of 4 missing songs as "song".tmp file in the music directory but I can't do anything here... Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting the incomplete tracks from your iTunes library and redownload them via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes.
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if they re-download in the same state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find those songs and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work (it's been taking some people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.

If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the track and try redownloading fresh copies.
Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.

I just bought a brand new album and one of the songs on the album isn't there?

Delete the track from the iTunes library, allowing iTunes to move the track file to the Trash. Then download the track again from the iTunes Store via this procedure:

I just bought an album and there's one song on it that iTunes says the computer isn't authorized for. When I try to authorize it, it says it's already authorized. Suggestions?

This sounds similar to the problem where new purchases will appear in playlists, but not the main music source, suggesting that iTunes is making a hash of the indexes. Somewhat bizarrely the solution for that one seems to be to download the current free Single of the Week, maybe it will help you too.
