Will Apple take a trade in on a new Ipad 2..to upgrade to Ipad 3?
Apple does not have a trade in program. There is a 14 day return period, but they charge a restocking fee on opened products.
Best thing to do is sell it and buy the new one.

Anyone having issues syncing iPhone 3GS with Microsoft Outlook 2007? iTunes says it is syncing but it will not update calendar or contacts. It just stopped working a few weeks ago.
I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only person struggling with exact issue. I've rebooted, upgraded, re-installed, pulled all my hair out as nothing works.
The biggest dissapointment with this thread is that nobody seems to have responded with a solution.
And yes I've managed to pull together enough intellegence to tick the box "sync to outlook" in iTunes - still nothing man.
Definately does not sync from phone to PC and is very hit and miss on PC to Phone. In other words now running 2 seperate calendars - Not helpful Jan. -

You can't re-download it after it has expired (if that's the case).
You could try to contact support, and you MAY get an exception...

Can not use my account, telling me the security code on my credit card is wrong, just update this a few weeks ago, was working fine until last night.

I purchased photoshop cc a few weeks ago, now I get the message that my trial is over. I'm stuck is there a solution?

If you use Photoshop at all, you may need to install the latest update to resolve this issue. See this blog post for more information:

If you do not have Photoshop, then try the solution that others have mentioned previously:
Open the Adobe Application Manager (AAM).
If applicable, let AAM complete any automatic updates and restart itself.
Sign in with your Adobe ID. (Optionally, you can close AAM at this point.)
Open a CS6 application (e.g. InDesign CC).
If prompted (e.g. you get the trial screen), click "License This Software" and sign in with your Adobe ID.
OR
Follow the below steps:
1. Close all the Adobe Applications. Logout from creative.adobe.com and re-login.
2. Once you launch the software and when you get the error saying the the trial version has expired, you will have an option saying "License this software".
3. Select this option and enter your credentials and click next.
4. You must be able to activate the software then.

My ipad stopped charging 2days ago, now the battery has completely run out. when ever i plug it to the mains using charger provided, it just shows the, 'red batteryand electricity sign' and goes off again. I have previously tried resting and still no change. Help please.

G' Day Friends, I bought my MBP one week ago, but ISTAT shows that the health of battery now has declined to 94%. It's really ridiculous because it declined from 99% to 94% in the last three times I charged my battery. Is there a problem with my battery? or just the ISTAT is not exact?.... how can I deal with such a situation?......

Many thanks...Hi Loophy: During the first few charge/recharge cycles the "battery health" can fluctuate quite a bit. If it continues to deteriorate it may be an issue, but at this early stage, it isn't an issue. Please see the excellent collection of battery tips below.

Neither, that password is stored locally. Connect it to your computer and restore it from your backup.
