Just bought Photography plan, trial expired but PS and LR won't work. Help?

Hello, I recently downloaded Photoshop CC 2014 and Lightroom 5. I bought the Photography Plan after my 30-day trials ended but the apps won't load. Photoshop won't load because it says I need to activate my copy but I understand CC Subscriptions don't provide activation codes or serial numbers. Lightroom loads but won't let me use the Develop module. Both Web and Mobile versions of Lightroom work fine, it's the Desktop versions that don't work.
The payment went through successfully on January 9th, but as of today my CC App Launcher says that both PS and LR trials have expired and I have to buy the software. When I click "Buy" it says I have already bought them. It's very confusing.
I'll add some screenshots.

I got my new Mac mini set up but it won't load the connection, System Preferences Network says it's connected and I compared it to my old Mac Mini and everything matches up (IP address matches except last 3 digits). I open Safari or iTunes and they try to connect but no luck, on Safari the blue bar moves in the address line but stops and nothing happens. System Preferences>Network, top of window>Locations>Edit Locations, little plus icon, give it a name.

System Preferences>Network, click on the little gear at the bottom next to the + & - icons, (unlock lock first if locked), choose Set Service Order.
The interface that connects to the Internet should be dragged to the top of the list.
IFor 10.5/10.6/10.7/10.8, System Preferences>Network, unlock the lock if need be, highlight the Interface you use to connect to Internet, click on the advanced button, click on the DNS tab, click on the little plus icon, then add these numbers...

A song I bought didn't download due to it being corrupted and I've tried multiple times to dowload it again and it won't work, help?

I have tried to redowload the song but itnues keeps saying that I've got a corrupted file and to check for avaible downloads under store menu. I would like to be able to delete the song, with the corrupted file from my library and download a fresh one from itunes. BUT i don't want to pay any more money and tbecause the file hasnt downloaded all the way I cannot delete it. I want to be able to listne to my music so if anyone can help I would appreciate it.

Check that the ...\iTunes Media\Downloads folder is empty. Delete any files it may contain.
Delete the current copy and then download again (free) from your purchased history. If the problem persists contact iTunes Store support staff through the report a problem links in your account history.

HT1338 did the update. now, can't use phone. just shows iTunes, logo. have tried restore and update-won't work.

Just updated from 10.6.7 ---> 10.6.8 and had the same issue. Despite having done a clean install from 10.6 and got everything back off my TC, now Time Machine can't find it!
Green light is on, ethernet cable conected, network CP says its conected but nothing. Airport Utility can't find it. Hit reset button, Orange flashing light but still no show in Airport Utility.
But I know its there, as rebooting from 10.6 SL disk shows the backups are still ok?
Hmm, ideas anyone?

Thank you both for your responses but my daughter was reassured by the salesman in the iStyle store (official Apple store in the UAE) that iMessages would work but conceded that FaceTime wouldn't. My iTunes account is registered in the uk and my daughter's iPhone has iMessages even though she bought it (and uses it) in Dubai. Can anyone else throw any light on this?

TVs don't support "Mac OS Extended (Journaled)", so you will probably have to use FAT32. To format the external drive, follow the same steps as you did to format it with "Mac OS Extended (Journaled), but in the erasing screen, select "MS-DOS (FAT)" as "Format". Note that FAT32 isn't compatible with files bigger than 4 GB. Also, you may have to format the external drive in a PC
