Just d/l FF 8..and My norton toolbar still doesnt work
I had d/l the last version of FF and my Norton toolbar didn't work.
So I down graded to 3.? where it had worked, but it didn't. So today hoping u had it fixed I d/l ver 8, but no it doesn't work. I pay about 25 bills on line and I have different passwords, etc for each, do I use my Norton Identity safe many times each day. If I cant get it w/ FF I will use IE. If u get it fixed please email me and I will reuse FF Thanks

If you are absolutely sure that neither the sound output of the Macbook nor the sound output of VoiceOver are muted then try to reset VoiceOver.
1. Open VoiceOver Preferences.
2. From the File menu choose "Reset All VoiceOver Preferences …".
3. Click "Reset.
4. Turn VoiceOver Off and On again. (hold command and press F5 twice).
If you still don't hear anything then it could be that the main sound output of the Macbook got muted somehow. I find that I often hit the mute button on my Apple wireless keyboard without noticing. So just make sure that its not muted and also hit the "Volume Up" a few times. Its so terribly obvious I know but its also very easy to miss. Lots of people do that. -
When i try to sync my old ipod touch. it says theres a error. so i update it and reset it and stuff but it still doesnt work. what should i do?
Before you restore the iPod from the backup that Dave had you make yu have to transfer stuff from the iPod to the computer since the backup does not contain the apps themselfes, music, synced phots and some other stuff. To see what a backup contains see:

Just upgraded to Firefox 4 and important Norton toolbar is missing - how do I get it back?
I've only just upgraded to Firefox 4 today (30.4.11) and when it had installed and restarted, my Norton toolbar was missing. A message from Firefox did come up - something to do with some items not compatible with version 4 but I can't remember all that it said. I haven't had this problem with any of the other versions of Firefox. This is an important toolbar as it concerns identity protection, safe web searching.

My screen will not respond and i tried resetting, still doesnt work.
The screen is simply unresponsive, Siri operates and hears me if I hold down the home button. I tried a hard reset many times. I cannot turn off my iPhone 4s because you have to slide it off. I receive not ifications.. Everything, excluding the screen's resonsiveness, seems to bein good condition. So what is wrong? Did it come in contact with water, or is just having a technical issue? I put it in rice, just in case.

I took a quick look at the troubleshooting touchscreen response document, and found the following resolution for your iPhone 4S:
Resolution
If your device is experiencing any of the symptoms listed above, try the following steps:
Restart your device
Hold the On/Off button until "slide to power off" appears. Slide to power off your device. When it is off, press the On/Off button to turn it back on.
If you can't restart your device, reset it by pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for a least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
Clean the screen with a soft, slightly damp, lint-free cloth.
Avoid using the device while wearing gloves, with wet hands, or immediately after applying hand lotion.
If you have a protective case, or if you are using a plastic sheet or film on the display, try removing them and testing the device without it.
If the steps above don't resolve your issue, please schedule a service appointment with an Apple Retail Store for evaluation. If an Apple Retail store is not an option, contact Apple to find out your best service option or see theService FAQ for your product.

I've just installed CS6 creative suite mainly for photoshop CS6. It comes with camera raw 7.0.something, but need something newer to use my canon 6d. When I download camera raw 8.5 and install the raw converter doesnt work anymore, wont even open or isnt available anymore in the plugin list. Tried to reinstall everything for a few times, but nothing helps.
When I search for updates the raw converter doesnt get update automaticly. Frustrating, is costing me the whole morning.

I have just changed my password on my work computer on gmail but my phonehas locked out of my emails now and will not accept my new password. it keeps telling me my username or password is incorrect. I have tried deleting entire email account and setting it up again but still doesnt work!
Im out of options and step by step on apple is rubbish!!Ive also looked into other comments people have made about this and they are saying if you go into your account and go to incoming mail server you can change the password there but I cant find that anywhere. it only says outgoing mail server.

iPhone or iPod touch displays the low-battery image and is unresponsive
If you see the image below, charge the iPhone or iPod touch with USB power adapter for at least 15 minutes.
You should see this image when iPhone or iPod touch begins to charge:
If the screen still displays the low-battery icon, try turning the iPhone or iPod touch off and then on again.

Since my last software update, my iphoto 11 will not import any photos from any source. The circle just spins...when I go to force quit, it says iphoto not responding. Backed up iphoto library, uninstalled and reinstalled iphoto. Still not working. Help!
Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Rebuild iPhoto Library Database from automatic backup.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one. .

You could try syncing the contacts with yahoo or google contacts, then sync them to the iPhone. Or, export the contacts and then import them into one of the aforementioned servicse, or iCloud, then sync to the phone.

Probably corrupted on download. Delete from library and go to iTunes Store > purchased and redownload.

It will work if the phone is carrier unlocked, or if it is locked to O2. Otherwise it will not work.

Download the 10.9.3 Combo update and install it. Unplug all peripherals (external drives etc) and exit all apps while it's being installed, reboot afer it completes.
