Just downloaded 10.7 and it won't let me add videos to iTunes. Previous version worked fine. I tried to "add file to library" nothing. I've tried to drag the file....nothing. Just a red circle with a line through it. Any suggestions?

I just got an iPhone 5s and it won't let me add my hotmail email address to my mail. I can add it under outlook but then it doesn't show me all the emails or folders I have, I have to login in via the we page to view them, too inconvenient... Please help!
Open Mail app and then click on Mailboxes(Left up)>Go down and select your Hotmail acoount and then try Refreshing by pulling down the list.

I'm trying to add events to my calendar after they got deleted and it won't let me because the + is grey when it should be orange. Does anyone know what to do?
You are on Windows 2000, you do not have a "Firefox" button, and should consider yourself to be fortunate in that you still have menus and don't have to do anything to get the menus back instead of the "Firefox" button. (The same applies to Windows XP users).
Use the "File" menu to get to Import. You are not on Windows 7 or Vista, and don't have to put up with the nonsense added for Aero.
If you want the "Firefox" button you can get it with View -> toolbars -> (uncheck) Menu Bar. The menu bar and the "Firefox" button were supposed to be mutually exclusive (which is impossible in some cases without being incompatible).
Once you are using the "Firefox" button ...
Use the "Alt" key to view the menu bar (temporarily) containing File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, Tools, and Help. On Windows 7 and Vista, the menu bar was hidden by default in Firefox 4 and above. These menu items are more or less available under the "Firefox" button which has the most used of the built-in Firefox menu items available in a different format.
To get back to having menus again. "Firefox" button -> Options (second column) -> (check) Menu Bar

Just downloaded trial version and icon won't open at all
I wanted to try out photoshop before I bought it, so downloaded the trial of the creative cloud and whilst was downloading photoshop, it crashed my laptop, forcing me to restart it and now when I try to open the creative cloud icon on my desktop it doesn't open at all. Can anyone suggest anything please?

I just downloaded AE CC and it won't open.
I just downlaoded it from Creative Cloud and now it wont open. Error code -10810. The render engine opens though! Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure your date, time, and time zone are correct in Settings > General > Date & Time.

Just got my ipod and it won't let me type my location any idea why?
This is my first post so I hope I do it right. My iPodTouch come in today. I've installed the newest itunes and OS, mainly so I can download, install and play audiobooks. However, while all these programs are downloading, I thought to update my machine. But, it won't allow me to type in my location. The only letter it accepts is the P. Any ideas on why this happens?

Yes. You can set the payment method to "None" once you log into iTunes on your PC/Mac. I have it set up this way.
