Just For You   -  where is it???  I can't find it today!

I've found iTunes 'Just For You' match feature to be invaluable when looking for some new songs. I never give "What's Hot" a glance, I don't care much for Staff Favorites, and New Releases often has a bunch of garbage....
..but Just For You rocks! Today I log onto the iTunes music store and can't find it! Is there some way to access it if it's not on the front Music page?

I logged on today to checkout what's Just For Me, and buy some music.
Instead, I'm quitting iTunes without having bought anything....oh well!

  • I just bought a mini raid (1T) and can't find where to format it for use on my desktop iMac. Can anyone help?

i just bought a Raid Mini (1T) and can't find how to format it for my iMac OS X 10.8.5. Can someone help!?

It shouldn't need formatting. That should have been done to make the RAID. If you need to erase the RAID:
    1. Open Disk Utility in your Utilities folder.
    2. After DU loads select the RAID volume you wish to format from the left side list. Click on the Erase tab in the DU main window.
    3. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Erase button and wait until the process has completed.

  • Where is the "Just for You" section on iTunes?

Where did it go? That was the best link. I really don't care, what the people at Apple are watching or listening to, I like it when they played matchmaker!!

The "Just for You" section has always been characterized as experimental. It gets turned off whenever the iTunes Store is especially busy (like when new software or iPods are released). Sometimes it seems to get turned off for no obvious reason. Be patient, it will most likely come back.
    Best of luck.

  • Exit for CJ20N where system status changes can be captured

    Hi Experts,
I need exit for CJ20N where system status changes can be captured
    for both the below cases
    1) When WBS Element is having Networks inside it
    2) when WBS Element is having no networks inside it
    EXIT_SAPLCOBT_001  --->>>   ZXCO1U01  , will work for 1) , but not for 2)
i want an exit where status change gets captured for both cases 1 and 2 and
will do further processing according to client needs based on status change
Need to trigger IDOC on status change of  WBS element.
If WBS is having network inside it  , then network status changes also with WBS status change
and IDOC should trigger for WBS also.
I just want suitable exit  / place for coding . Rest i can do.
if no suitable exit / BADI , then what is the best possible place where i can go for Implicit Enhancement
    Best Regards,

I am kind of stuck in a similar issue. I need to perform custom validations on standard fields which cannot be done through OPSI or OPUC transactions. 0007 or 0002 User exits seem to assist on custom field creations/validations. However, I do see people posting the following BADIs which may be useful.
    CO_SRULE_CHECK
    PROJECTDEF_UPDATE
    WORKBREAKDOWN_UPDATE (which you already tried)
    WBS_FIELDS_FOR_ASSET
    CO_SRULE_CDOC
Let me know if any of these worked out...

  • What happend to "just for you" in the iTunes Store?

This may be a stupid question...but I just downloaded the update (iTunes 9) and can't seam to figure out how to find the "Just For You" catagory. It used the Genius info from my library to find new music that I may enjoy. I LOVE that feture and purchase a good bit of my music that way. I'm sure it has to be there....if not iTunes will slow my pruchase rate big time.

I answered the question myself not one minute after I posted. I was looking from the "Home" page of the Store...once I clicked on the "music" tab..there it was...maybe this was on the homepage before?

  • I just uploaded the new os7 software. i like it. however my podcasts seem to be hidden and for the life of me, i can't find them. i was looking in the music icon. please help me feel less stupid:)

Got to settings/general/spotlight search and tick podcasts.  Then when on the home screen if you swipe down from the middle of the screen the spotlight search window appears and you can search for podcasts

  • What happened the the "Just For You" section?

Can't find it anywhere, even in the preferences. Is itunes updating things again?

    Hello Danny R,
I understand that when you open the iTunes Store, the "Just For You" option is missing from your iTunes Page. I realize this may be concerning and I will be happy to assist you today.
As a result of overwhelming demand this holiday season--demand that surpassed even Apple's expectations-- some of the Store Features are temporarily disabled. These features include the following:
    Complete My Album
    My Alerts
iTunes Plus upgrades (iTunes Plus purchases will continue to work)
    Just for You
    iMix searches
As you have noticed, these features have temporarily disappeared from the iTunes Store but all features should be back, approximately, by December 27, 2007.
I do apologize for any inconvenience this issue has caused. The iTunes Store appreciates your business and loyalty. Thank you for your understanding, Dan.
    Happy Holidays!
    Warmest Regards,
    Aileen

  • No more "Just For You" Suggestions in iTunes store!

I have always relied very heavily on the "Just for You" category that generates suggested music based on my purchases on iTunes. But that category has totally disappeared on the iTunes page!
I believe it happened after I installed an iTunes update.....
ANyone know how to fix this??
    Thanks

"Just For You" is a somewhat experimental feature that gets turned on or off by the iTunes network folks depending things like network load. It got turned off for everyone at Xmas time. It seems to come and go.
But, just in case it actually did get turned off when you upgraded.... Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the iTunes Store home page. If you see "Turn Just For You On" click on the arrow to the right.
    Best of luck.

It seems to come and go as it pleases with me. Sometimes it's there and other times it isn't when launching iTunes and going to iTMS.

  • My iPhoto library just reverted to an old library: How can I find, and re-access my current library?

My iPhoto library just reverted to an old library: how can I find and re-access my current library?  I opened my iPhoto, and got the message that it needed to "update" to use this library.  I thought maybe there had been a software update since I last opened the program (2 days ago).  The library it opened was saved in a file on the desk-top.  My current file was just in iPhoto.  Please help!

Best option: Restore from your back up.
    Otherwise:
    Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Rebuild iPhoto Library Database from automatic backup.
    If that fails:
    Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one. .

It will only be where you put it.

  • For the life of me, I can't find out what size a photo is in terms of inches or how to change the size of the photo[s] so I can print them. I think I read somewhere to click edit, then click adjust. Nothing there about sizing.

For the life of me, I can't find out what size a photo is in terms of inches or how to change the size of the photo[s] so I can print them. I think I read somewhere to click edit, then click adjust. I don't see anything about re-sizing when I click the adjust tab: only saturation and tint levels. Thank you.

With respect to digital images, there really is no size in inches. The size is given as number of pixels horizontally and vertically. In iPhoto '09 you click the little "i" inthe lower right side of the window and it will display information related to the selected photo, including the pixel dimensions. I do not have iPhoto '11 installed so I don't know if it is the same there.
In some applications, such as preview, it has something additional called Dots per Inch (DPI) which you would think would allow you to convert the pixel dimensions to inches. It is not a real thing, though. The DPI is determined by how large or small you have chosen to print your photo and the capabilities of your printer.
There is also something called Aspect Ratio, which is usually expressed in inches x inches such as 6x9 but that doesn't mean the size on the screen or when printed is 6x9.  It is the ratio of the pixel dimensions.  When cropping your photos, you will have several standard aspect ratios to choose from plus any custom ones you create.
In iPhoto '09, after you choose Print, in the Print Setting window are the settings for the size you want the photo printed. You want to shoose a setting with the same aspect ratio of your photo. Otherwise, iPhoto will resize and/or crop your photo to fit the size you have chosen.
