Just found a gift card from 2008 and when I tried to redeem it it said the code wasnt valid. I read the back and it says nothing about expiring. How do I redeem it?
It's for $50 so I really want to redeem it! And I've read the back and it says nothing about expiring but is that what happened because its so old?

You don't go to the drop down "Actions" menu to reply to a post. You find the post to which you would like to reply and you hit the "Reply" button. You then type your message and then hit the "Add Reply" button to post your reply.

PLEASE HELP MEPlace the iPod in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

Flash is not available for iOS. Use the Facebook app or you might try on of the alternate browsers such as iSwifter or Puffin.

I have tried restoring from backup, but it looks like my music was already gone. I am trying to avoid restoring factory settings because I can't quite tell what will be lost in that process... Thank you!!
Removed. Re-synced. Still not working. Factory reset the phone, re-installed music... made a GIANT "Other" file instead of actually adding any songs.
Factory resetting again. Any other solutions?
EDIT: If It helps, I'm doing this all over USB connection, not trying to sync music through wifi or anything. -

I don't have any more details than the fact that I cannot replace my malfunctioning browser with firefox 4. I think the old one was upgrading and then I told it not now and messed it up.

I'm currently restoring an IPod classic ... 160 GB, which is 5th generation, I believe.
It seems to be taking forever. What is the rough length of time for this process?Restore a 160GB iPod Classic, should not take more than an hour, if your iPod Hardsik is healthy, and you connect to the USB2.0 port and not to the keyboard USB port. If you are using a Macbook, then only one of the USB port is fast enough for the slow iPod Classic.
However, if you are connecting to the correct USB port, and still having problems Restoring or Syncing, do the iPod Disk Diagnostic, refer to this outstanding post by tt2.
It wont fix your problem, but save a lot of frustration, in troubleshooting.

I bought my iPhone on Friday and when I tried to use it to make a call (after I had left the store) the screen had turned green - as if a green filter had been placed over it. When I turned the phone sideways the color turned to magenta. Anyone else have this problem? I plan on exchanging the phone but can't get there until later this week.

Yes you can redeem the card if it is a U.S. gift card, you have a U.S. based iTunes account and if you are using the U.S. stores on the iPad.
On the iPad - Swipe to the bottom of the screen in the App Store or in iTunes and tap on Redeem. If you are using iTunes on your computer, you should see Redeem under Quick Links (i think that is where you will see it) after you sign into the store. -

If your iTunes Store account is for another country, you can't redeem a card from another country even if you are currently present in that country. You would need to either move your existing account to the Netherlands or set up a new account in the Dutch iTunes Store, either of which would require you to also have a valid Dutch mailing address. Unless you're going to be in the Netherlands for quite a while, I would suggest you just give or sell that iTunes card to someone who lives in the Netherlands.
