how can it be? no space problem

Contacts can come from many sources
     iCloud
     Email accounts
     Social Media
     CardDAV accounts
If some of your contacts are missing, check to see your signed into all your accounts
    Setting > Mail Contacts & Calendars
Also check to see you are viewing all the contact groups
Open Contacts > Upper left Select groups
        Make sure all the groups you want are selected

I doubt that your music files are gone. Do a spotlight search and look for The Cure. What likely happened is that for whatever reason, your iTunes lost track of the location of your songs.. which happens on occasion.
What you need to do is go to the folder where your music library is - where the song files are - and check to see if they are there. If so, then go into your iTunes preferences and in the 'Advanced' pane put in the location of the folder where it says 'iTunes Media folder location'. iTunes should then be able to 'see' the songs again.

Having a sudden problem in that not all my contacts are syncing

Never had a problem before but now some of my contacts (on my MacBook) no longer sync to my iPhone 3.
Always the same ones. Nothing to do with groups as I don't have any.
Have synced with the replace contacts on the iPhone with those on the MB but all still do not sync neither does syncing with the contacts option unticked which deleted all contacts on the iPhone but when resyncing with contacts synced the same ones were still missing on the iPhone.
Any ideas much appreciated
Should add that I am syncing via USB as no iCloud etc.

How do I backup/restore all my voicemails? Not all of them were restored from the iCloud to my new iOS.

I have a new iPhone 6. I went through the steps of transferring data from my prior iPhone 4s using iCloud, but none of the voicemails from 2012 were restored. Everything else was transferred completely. Any ideas why, and what I can do to get the remaining voicemails transferred over? They are still sitting in my old phone. Thanks!

Each track should have a download icon. If no icon is shown, this suggest that your library is still pointing to the original track. If you try to play a track do you see " ! " against the track. If so, you have two options:
1. Select track and right click then delete - do not tick delete from cloud. Download icon now shown.
2. Create new library, point to location you wish to download then turn on match. You will see all music you have in match.
By the way, it would be easier and quicker to restore your music from your back up.

Not all set tags were shown in the "+" search urlbar

I had ridicules much websites bookmarked with very much tags for each of them.
If I do a search I only got max a dozen of them shown.
Please help me to find results in the bookmark database

Thanks Chris. I had tried that already. Not working. For example, I have about 6o bookmarks tagged under one tag, and a tag search in the awesome bar (even with added + sign) only yields a handful of them.

HT4759 not all my contacts are being sync from my IPad or IPhone to ICloud?

I assume that you have enabled contacts syncing with iCloud in Settings>iCloud on your devices. If so, and some of your contacts don't appear on icloud.com, open the contacts app and tap Groups. Do you have any non-iCloud accounts listed such as On My iPhone (iPad), Gmail, Yahoo or an exchange account?
Also, go to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Default Account (in the Contacts section). Do you have the Default Account setting there, and if so, what is selected as your default account?

Thanks. The reason this has become an issue is that I recently bought a new Macbook Air that the iPad is not synced to. The one is was synced to was stolen. If I want to sync this iPad to the new Air, won't it be wiped before I'm able to copy these films or am I wrong about that?

That number is for an apple server in the UK that is used for iMessage activation. A hidden SMS is snet to that number when you turn iMessage on and is used to verify your phone number. I suggest you turn iMessage off. In settings/phone turn on dial assist. Check with your carrier to see if you can send an international SMS as you end that possibility to activate iMessage. Rest your phone (Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the home button together until the apple logo appears (ignore the ON/OFF slider) then let both buttons go and wait for device to restart (no data will be lost).) then turn iMessage back on.

I tried rebuild this project with VS2013 Professional and I got the error messages as indicated in the subject.

As you said that it is the VS2010 project, so it worked well in VS2010, am I right? If so, which kind of project did you create?

Is it the Setup and Deployment project with the InstallShield tool?
If so, as far as I know we didn't support this tool in VS2013 IDE now, but you could post this issue to this forum here:

10.7.2 is required for full iCloud facilities, but you can still use your email. In theory you should be able to access your email in Mail at the same server settings, but this hasn't worked for everyone: you can set Mail up manually to access your iCloud email:

My iPhone 4s worked fine at 9am. At 9:30am all my contacts were gone. I got most of them back.Numerous other issues with my phone now. Send button sometimes grey. Can't add appointments.There is more. Help??

I got most of my contacts back, but there was no rhyme or reason for which ones were dropped. I literally called someone and had no problems. The phone was on my desk just sitting there. About thirty minutes later, I got a call from my wife and it didn't show her as a contact, just the number. That's when I realized all my contacts were gone. I retrieved most of them, but many are still not there. I did the latest update before all this happened. Now, I can't add appointments, I can't text some people, even after I add them to my contacts again, and I've got no idea how to fix this issue. Thanks for any help!!

Close all open apps by double-tapping the home button, then swiping up and off the screen with the app window (not the smaller icon).
Reset your device: hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until the screen goes black and you see the Apple, then let go. (No data loss)

After making a phone call, I went to make another and all my contacts were gone. How can i get them back?

I made one phone call this morning and after hanging up i went to the contacts library and all my contacts were gone. I have unfortunately not got a backup (this isn't my phone its for a friend) and so I have no backup of my contacts. I have already tried importing contacts from the sim but only a very small few contacts are on the sim so im still missing over 90% of my contacts. How can i fix this? Did it happen during a sync or did they just disappear? After they were gone, we you able to retrieve them during syncing? Are you using any 3rd party apps to access your contacts or just the built-in Contacts app?
In any case, I've not heard of or expeienced this on my iPhone 3G (synced with Outlook and now Google) or my iPad, although I've only had my iPad for a short time.

TS1347 My college cancelled my outlook/exchange email account because I graduated. Turns out all my contacts were saved to outlook and I didn't know, is there a way I can get them back without being able to restore the email account?

Because I graduated, IT support at my college deactivated my email account with outlook/exchange. I wasn't aware, but all my contacts were saved to that account and now they are gone. I have tried to contact my college to see if they can restore it and they haven't responded so I am wondering if there is a way to get them back without having the exchange email account restored. If you do not have the contacts accessible on a computer, iOS device or service like iCloud then they are gone unless you can get them from your school's IT department.
