Just got a new iPod Classic and can only sync 536 songs of the almost 8,000 that I have stored in the cloud. How can I download all my music to the new iPod Classic?
Does anyone have an idea how to transfer music stored in the cloud to a new iPod classic?
You must download it to your iTunes library first, before syncing the iPod classic.

I need help ASAP!
Copy the ENTIRE iTunes folder from the old computer or the backup of the old computer to the new computer.
Installing iTunes and/or signing in with an Apple ID has never caused content to magically appear. -
I have downloaded all my music from the cloud to my new iPhone and created playlists so I can listen to it when not it wifi like when on a plane. If I turn on iTunes Match will I still have this music still downloaded? The online information suggests all my music will be replaced. Will I have to download it again??
What you have on your computer is your iTunes library, not an iTunes "account." The account that is related to iTunes is your Apple ID, which you use to sign in to the iTunes Store and make purchases. It is also used with iCloud. iPods (that are not iPod touch) are associated with your iTunes library, not to your Apple ID.
So, I think you probably just need to set up (or update) automatic syncing for the iPod. If it's not set up to sync those new songs, iTunes still syncs the iPod, but it syncs nothing
In iTunes, if the sidebar (along left side of iTunes window) is hidden, from the menu bar, under View, select Show Sidebar. In the sidebar, the iPod appears under DEVICES, when it is connected.
Select the iPod in iTunes. There is a row of buttons, starting with Summary. Click on Music next to Summary. This is the iPod's Music screen, where you tell iTunes how to sync songs to the iPod.
Check the box for Sync Music (if it's not already checked). If your iTunes music library fits completely on the iPod, you can choose to sync Entire music library. Otherwise, you can choose to sync Selected playlists, artists, albums, and genres. On the lists below, checkmark the playlists, artists, albums, and/or genres that you want on the iPod. When you click Apply, the songs from your selection sync to the iPod.
One convenient way to set this up (if you can't sync the entire iTunes music library) is to create a new playlist in your iTunes library. Name it "iPod Songs" (or whatever you want). Put ALL songs that you want on the iPod on this playlist, including those new songs. Back on the iPod's Music screen in iTunes, select this playlist under Playlists. Going forward, to update songs on the iPod, just update that playlist in your iTunes library (add/remove songs). The next time you connect the iPod (or click the Sync button), iTunes automatically syncs the same changes to the iPod. -

The iphone is not a storage/backup device. The sync is oen way - computer to iphone. The only exception is itunes purchases. File>Devices>Transfer Purhases
Copy everything from your backup copy of your old computer to your new one. -

I have lost all of my previously created keynote templates now that I have upgraded to yosemite. How can I use Keynotes and pages etc on my computer and not on the cloud.

All iWork apps allow you to save your documents on your computer. You will be able to choose the destination when you want to save a document.
You can also disable iCloud for some apps. To do that, go to System Preferences -> iCloud, press "Options" next to "iCloud Drive" and disable the apps you want to.
If you have lost your old documents, you should have a backup that you made before upgrading to OS X Yosemite, so you only have to restore it. -
I have an I Pod Nano and would get messages to update my software. In my I Tunes I have 1,900 songs but after the updates it will only sync 933 songs. My current software version is 1.0.2. What am I doing wrong or is it something in the software. I have not done anything different in my I Tunes and all songs are checked. Could someone please help or advise me what to do?

My I Pod is still connected Clicked on "On this Ipod" Music 938 Songs 2.2 days So my question to you is if I have 1,909 songs on my ITunes how come only 938 transferred to my IPod. I checked my IPod and it shows only 938 songs transferred. This did not happen before until I Tunes asked me if I wanted to update to a newer version. Last month I did have all my 1,909 songs on my I Pod. I hope this explains what I am asking

I am trying to delete pages I have crated in numbers, but can only see them in print preview. Without print preview I do not see them. How can I delete these pages, but keep others before and after?

Numbers doesn't have pages. It has a canvas that holds objects such as tables and charts.
Drag the objects from the bottom of the canvas onto the white space above. That will reduce the number of "pages" (sheets of paper) that will print.

I am trying to find an old mac font. It's the techno (apple) font that was available with OS 9. How can I get this font?
I think that was Tecno. Techno appears to be a whole class of fonts.

That's a .ttf version which should work OK with current OS.
As an aside, I was searching for Apple Textile for quite some time when it was pointed out to me that it was used by iDVD. Sure enough, opened up the installer package for iDVD with Pacifist and there it was. Now working fine on all my Macs! -
