Just got my new iphone and tried to download Angry Birds from the app store. BUT screen has frozen. Any suggestions?
Reset the iPhone by pressing and holding the sleep/wake button and the home button for 20 seconds (maybe longer) until the Apple logo appears, ignore the red slider. Then turn back on. You won't lose any data doing the reset.

I purchased an album a while ago and just got a new ipod so i downloaded all my purchases, and it all downloaded, but it downloaded the wrong songs. It says on the title that it is the correct song, but the audio is a completely different album. any help?
If you have been using the mac.com Apple ID to make iTunes purchases recently, then there should be no issues continuing to use it with the new iPhone. I would abandon the new ID as you will never get Apple to merge the two IDs. I have had a mac.com ID for years and continue to use it with my iPhone 4S.

I bought student mac air through university account, Iworks were included when I purchased mac air. But there are no iworks and It's not free when I tried to download from App Store. OS was OS X Mountain Lion 10.9 When I received it. Is it because of OS? I upgraded to OS X Mavericks right after I got it.
Today, I went to the mac store and asked the staff about above issue. Apple obviously sent me a mac air which was manufactured before October 2013 and therefore, iworks and OX Mavericks weren't installed. I have refund for around £45 to purchase iworks. However, I wasn't happy with what Apple actually did. I asked for replacement and refund the one I got and getting the new one from store so I can use mac straight away. however, the refund takes 5-7 working days. The staff on the phone told me if I have enough money I can just buy the new one in the store and get refund later. So I gave up! I was so disappointed with Apple. Even though I use the mac now, this was not the one Apple promised when I purchased online. if anyone would like to buy a mac, Please go to the actual store. DO NOT buy a mac through MAC ONLINE STORE!!! I strongly recommend! I feel like I wasted my time because the company doesn't keep its promise.

When I try to download from apps store and hit the install button it just becomes a colored box and nothing downloads.
If you have an iPod with iOS 3.1.3 then it is due to an Apple problem.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

I bough a iPod touch 5 with iOS 6.1.1. I bought it from a friend. When I tried to open a account with iCloud it says that all user Ids have been used. So now I'm unable to sign up for iCloud. Also vI just tried to download a. App from the App Store, and when I put in my password it says that my apple user I'd is disabled. Please help.
Welcome to the Apple Community.
Unfortunately once all the 3 iCloud accounts have been created on your device, you cannot create any more regardless of what you do. You will need to re-use one of the accounts that you have already created or create your new account on another device or computer. -

I'm confused. I thought you were talking about this Balance - it is an iOS-only app. If you are talking about some other app, then you will have to look on your Time Machine backup.
I am quite certain that only that app will be able to open the data. -

Sorry that you are so upset but please calm down. Unfortunately, a little research into the product prior to purchase would have alerted you to the fact that the iPod never was and never has been like other MP3 players. This is perhaps why it is the leader in Market Share for all of these years. The iPod and iTunes go hand and hand. Also, the website and the packaging box give a little warning to the reccommended need for a Broadband connection. The size of the box give away the fact that a CD is no longer included. If you have access to a computer with high speed access then a copy of iTunes 7 can be saved to a disc for you. Also, since this is a new thing that Apple started (no longer providing discs) enough feedback may get them to go back to the old ways...not promised but possible.
Your frustration right now isn't really with the iPod itself as you have not fairly had the opportunity to use it. It's with the setup. I'm sure it's frustrating to have to go through the download via dialup but it's not enough to get that worked up about. All will be well. Life is too short to sweet the small stuff.
Although you are currently downloading it, you may still want to consider having a back up copy made to disc for you just in case you have a future. Here's hoping that once this hassle is cleared things will be better for you and you can maybe smile...or grin a little! -

Just got a new phone, tried to update, did I lose all my contacts?
Hello everyone,
My iPhone 4 died, and the Apple store gave me a new replacement. When I went back to restore it, a message came up that said the new iPhone's software was too old to to restore, and said to restore the iphone from new to update the software, and then you can restore your old information.
Well I restored the phone as new, uploaded the new software, but now I don't see an option to restore from my last backup. It just says restore from factory settings.
Am I screwed?If you right click on the phone's name on the left side of iTunes, do you get an option to restore from backup? If so, choose that option and choose the appropriate backup from what is offered. Let the process complete and then see where you stand?
Once that is done, check out this link to help you get syncing setup so that you'll have your data properly syncing with your computer.
