Just installed 5.0 and it wont connect to the internet
I just installed an update on my MacBook Pro. It was Firefox 5.0 however it simply wont connect to the internet. I am using Safari to contact you. When I go to your website I see a download for 6.o but that wont download.
Which device do you want help with? Please clearly state your issue.

The same happened to me, but here's a fix.
If it is password encrypted, when you first turn on your macbook, and they give you the internet connection list, Click on advance, and select "This computer does not connect to the internet" Then everything will finish installing.
Now when you see the wireless symbol on top of your screen (right next to the blue tooth) select Airport ON if it isn't enabled. Then connect to your wireless router, and when it asks for the password, click on the internet password type, and select the "Wireless WEP 12/48 key...or something like that" and it should connect. That is what I did to my macbook and it worked -

I just paid $230.00 for an 8gb Ipod-touch, and a warranty, and it wont connect to the internet. I put in my network, and the password, but it's not going through. But my brothers works fine. Yeah, they took down the post cause im not supposed to talk about it apparently. That was my brothers. His is working fine, he can go online, and do things, but for some reason i cant go on youtube, or safari, and cant connect to my main connection.
I was thinking, maybe since there is two I-Touch's, maybe only one can be connected, but im not to sure about that. -

If your phone is offline, the ONLY way to find it is to look for it the old fashioned way. Your phone CANNOT be located electronically if it's offline.

My hard drive went and when i got my computer back from being fixed my itunes had been deleted, so i re installed it however my ipad wont connect to the itunes as its not registered to this itune, also all my songs arent on here what do i do?
There is no such thing as an "SG3" or "SG4". Did you possibly mean a 3GS and iPhone4?
It has always been very basic to ensure that a backup exists of your media and other important files. Computers fail, hard drives crashes... things happen. Do you not have a backup? The iPhone, like all iDevices is NOT a backup of your media, but rather a mirror of the content in the iTunes library on your computer.
If your contacts, pics, etc are not on your computer, no backups of the iPhone exist, and they are not on the phone, they are gone.
No one can magically make them re-appear. -

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

You have to create a ringtones. Google will find several ways to do this.

Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on your router
.- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup. See:
