Could you please try to sign-out and in via the CC-app (preferences section) and afterwards restart Lr Desktop. A restart of CC-app alone would not solve your issue. Hope that helps. Guido

I installed the new version of LIghtroom (2015) from Creative Cloud. Creative Cloud says I successfully installed the new version. When I update my Elements 2 to Elements 11, can I just install the new version, or do I need to uninstall the old version first?
Also, can I bring version 2 files into version 11?you don't need to uninstall your older version.

I just installed the new firefox for Mac OSX 10.6.8 and when I select an image on a site (right click and copy) and paste in Photoshop 5.5, the image lightens. It does not do this in Safari.Firefox, Safari, and PhotoShop each handle embedded color profiles differently. For an add-on that makes it easier to experiment with Firefox's color management options, you might be interested in: [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/color-management/ Color Management :: Add-ons for Firefox]. I haven't tried it myself.

So basically when I installed the new version of iTunes and reopened the program it was as if I started brand new. All of my playlists, songs, and podcasts no longer exsisted. Is there a way to restore everything back to normal? I still have all of the files on my comp, but re importing them wont bring back my playlists...

Can anyone help me fix my itunes? I have the new version of quick time but it is now telling me it wont play my films on itunes because it needs quicktime. Iv tried un installing quicktime and re installing it but that hasnt worked. I dont know why it would suddenly stop working, I watched something on it this morning.

Quit iTunes first.
In Computer, open Local Disk C: or whichever drive you have your program files installed on.
If you have a 32-bit Windows, open the "Program files" folder.
If you have a 64-bit Windows, open the "Program Files (x86)" folder.
Open the "iTunes" folder.
Right-click on the iTunes.exe file and select "run as administrator".
Try playing the movie now. Does it play for you without the message? -
I can not install the new version of lightroom cc
I'm trying to update lightroom lightroom 5 cc new version through adobe creative cloud and only gives me the otion to install.
When I run install adobe creative cloud tells me that is installed but can not find this version on my computer and still version 5 installed.If the installation was successful you should have 2 version Adobe Lightroom CC (2015) and Adobe Lightroom 5.x - you'd have to deinstall Adobe 5.x to remove it.
In Windows Adobe Lightroom CC is just displayed As Adobe Lightroom, whereas the Adobe LR 5.x shows the version number in the app list. -

I just installed the latest version of iTunes on my windows 8 computer. I was trying to transfer an audiobook I downloaded through overdrive media console to my iPod nano. Overdrive says it was transferred successfully, but it is not in my iPod. I have had no problems transferring audiobooks until I downloaded this new version. Help!

You can force quit by holding the power button down for extended period.
During boot up hold down the Option key and choose your Macintosh HD OSX.
In >System Preferences> Startup Disk>choose your internal OSX System as Default. -

Are you sure it's not 6.1.6? If it is, that is the latest iOS version that will work on a 4th generation iPod Touch. Later versions require a 5G iPod which has twice as much RAM.

I have just just installed a new version of itunes. When i tried to run the new version it came up with the message "The file ituneslibrary.itl cannot be read because it was created by newer version of itunes.
I installed the new version because itunes had not recognised my ipod nano 5G, and told me to reinstall. Itunes selected which version to install, so I don't understand what is going on. To add insult to injury it installed a pile of malware which I am still trying to get rid off.
