Just installed update on my LG Intuition and now my phone runs horribly, any suggestions?

I have been ignoring the update for a while and finally decided to update the phone since the update kept flashing. Now my phone lags horribly, especially with texts. And about 75% of the time, when texting, the second word will be replaced by the third word I type. Example: I type "This phone sucks" and it reads "This sucks". I also don't always get an alert when I receive a text now. My husband's phone is also lagging and not getting alerts either, his is an LG Lucid. I can't live chat because as usual, all agents are busy. Any way to uninstall that last update? Or is there a fix for this? I want to smash this phone, it is so frustrating! Help

We want you love your update and your Intuition Rawria! Have you tried a battery pull since the update? What messaging app are you using? Any other difficulties with other apps besides the messaging?

I tried to update the newer version of IOS on my Iphone 4S. After the update an Itunes icon and the adapter appeared on my screen.
I tried restoring the phone but it erased all of my data and now I can only take calls. I can no longer make calls and or send or receive text.
Any suggestions, or should I just take it to an Apple Store?

That picture is trying to tell you that there is a problem and you must connect it to your computer and restore with iTunes to fix it.

Do you use McAfee Antivirus/Firewall/Security products? McAfee released a security update that is blocking Firefox 3.6.11. This should be cleared up with the next McAfee update.

I have no idea what may have caused your MacBook to stop working, but from your description it kind of sounds like it may have started before you ran Software Update and installed the new Apps. Just the general slow feeling and bugginess is what tips me off. You said that you weren't sure if you had closed all open windows, that doesn't matter if the computer restarts itself. It automatically closes all other open applications when restarting.
As to your data being retrievable, if when you take it in they do a fresh install of the OS, then no, it will not be unless you want to pay several thousand dollars to a software retrieval company.
I am glad to hear that you have taken into the Apple Store to get it fixed, and that you have all of your purchased music backed up to your iPod. You should be able to just transfer it all back to iTunes once you get your computer back should it be necessary.
As a side note, the proper place for this topic would probably in the MacBook forums, not iTunes since there is no evidence that iTunes started the issue.

I just checked to see if the update to OS X Yosemite 10.10.1 solved any of the issues outlined in my previous post, and to my dismay, nothing has changed -- all of the previous problems persist.
My iMac (8) -- it's renamed itself eight times since the recent troubleshoot with the Apple tech rep -- shows up as a shared device in Finder on my MacBook Pro, but when I click on it, I cannot establish a connection using "Connect As". So I've attempted to connect using the menu "Go/Connect to Server...", using both (alternately) the iMac's name and IP address, to no avail. I get a message which reads: "There was a problem connecting to the server 'Peter's iMac (8)'. This server may not exist or it is unavailable at this time. Check the server name or IP address, check your network connection, and then try again."
Here's what I know:
The server -- Peter's iMac (8) does exist;
The server -- Peter's iMac (8) is available at this time;
The server name -- Peter's iMac (8) -- is correct, as specified in the system sharing preferences;
The server IP address is correct, as specified in the system sharing preferences;
The network connection is active when I attempt to connect.
I'm convinced the problems stem directly from the OS X Yosemite update. None of this was ever remotely an issue in the previous OS X's -- any of them. This is maddening! What can be done? Apple?? Anyone???

It's important that you have a steady WiFi connection, ZealousEdge. What phone do you have? Is your phone unable to connect to any WiFi network? If you can, please try deleting the saved WiFi network and re-adding it.

Try this for your home Wi-Fi:
On your iPhone, Settings > Wi-Fi > select your home network > "forget this network"
Power down (unplug) your wireless router
Restart your iPhone
Plug in your router
Re-join that network

If you are not able to get your iPhone to power on, try to reset it by holding the Sleep/wake button and Home button at the same time for about 10 seconds and see if it turns on. Check out the articles below to troubleshoot your iPhone further.

After every iOS update there is a group of users that report better than normal battery life.
After every iOS update the vast majority of users that report no changes in battery life.

I have been having problems with my atv 3 not transmitting/receiving 5.1 surround. Whether I stream from my computer or watch movies, I am getting no 5.1 audio. The atv won't even show the option for surround. I tried to restore and reset the device but it didn't help.
I haven't had any problems with missing apps or freezing or anything similar to what you are experiencing. This update has many bugs. Other threads have reported even more problems. Hopefully I can go back to the previous update.

Are you getting any error messages - or is it just saying No Printers Found - if the latter this has happened to me - I have 2 networks on my airport express (my network and one for guest access0 - sometimes my iPad switches to the guest network which does not have wireless printer on it ( i dont know why it does this) - if i switch the iPad back to my network the printer shows up again
In fact see the No Printers Found message is a pretty good indication that the iPad has switched to the guest network
