Just joined Adobe Cloud and it still shows that it's processing after an hour!

What do I do. I just joined Adobe Creative Cloud and my screen says it's processing and do not hit the back button or you will be charged twice. It says it will only take few minutes. It's been saying it's processing for an hour! I need help.

    As confirmed by you Muse is asking for serial number on launch. Most of the time this happens because of Hosts file on the machine.
    Please go ahead and rename the hosts file on your machine and you should be all set. here are the steps for both MAC and Windows.
    Windows:
    1. Go to following location.  C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
    2. Rename the file "Hosts" to "hostsold"
    3 Relaunch Muse and sign in with your Adobe ID, you should be all set.
    MAC:
    1.  Go to Finder > Go > Go to Folder
    2. Type /etc and hit Return
    3. Rename the file "Hosts" to "hostsold"
    4. Relaunch Muse and sign in with your Adobe ID, you should be all set.

    Please make sure where you are asking to be updated is a legitimate detector.

  • I keep on getting this unresponsive script error "Script: chrome://greasemonkey/content/prefmanager.js:55" . I have tried to update everything and it still showing that error and then crashing. What can I do?

    I am running Facebook and leaving it on..when I come back to it or sometimes when i am using it i get this Unresponsive Script Error - Script: chrome://greasemonkey/content/prefmanager.js:55. If i click continue or stop it will go away but many times the page is frozen so i have to restart Firefox. I am not using Chrome so i am surprised about that part of the error. I have read the other posting and have tried to change the time under config......can't remember the rest and it has not worked. Please advise what else i can do.

    Uninstall the Acrobat X trial
    Uninstall Acrobat X in Mac OS®
            In Applications > Utilities > Adobe Installers, select the Acrobat X Uninstaller and double-click it.
            Follow the onscreen instructions to uninstall Acrobat.
            In the Authenticate dialog box, type the user name and password for an administrator account and click OK.
             Note: The uninstaller removes only Adobe Acrobat X files from the system.  It does not remove Adobe Reader files, Acrobat user data, or files that are shared with other Adobe applications.
        (Optional) Move any Adobe PDF Settings files that you created from the Library/Application Support/Adobe PDF folder and drag the folder to the Trash.
    Uninstall Acrobat X in Windows®
        Open Control Panel > Programs and Features (Vista/Win 7) or Add/Remove Programs (XP)
        Find the entry for Acrobat X, select it
        Click Uninstall and follow the on screen instruction
    Then reinstall Acrobat X through the Adobe Application Manager like other programs
    You can launch Adobe Application Manager from either the Start menu (Win) or Applications (Mac) folder.

    Go to Settings > General > Usage, select Music, then Edit. There will be a delete option there. It may take a few minutes to delete if you have a large collection on your iPhone.
