Just joined Creative Cloud - acrobat still showing as Trial

I just joined Creative Cloud. Adobe Acrobat is still saying I have 3 days left on Trial. What to do?

Hi Ken,
Uninstall the Acrobat X trial
Uninstall Acrobat X in Mac OS®
        In Applications > Utilities > Adobe Installers, select the Acrobat X Uninstaller and double-click it.
        Follow the onscreen instructions to uninstall Acrobat.
        In the Authenticate dialog box, type the user name and password for an administrator account and click OK.
         Note: The uninstaller removes only Adobe Acrobat X files from the system.  It does not remove Adobe Reader files, Acrobat user data, or files that are shared with other Adobe applications.
    (Optional) Move any Adobe PDF Settings files that you created from the Library/Application Support/Adobe PDF folder and drag the folder to the Trash.
Uninstall Acrobat X in Windows®
    Open Control Panel > Programs and Features (Vista/Win 7) or Add/Remove Programs (XP)
    Find the entry for Acrobat X, select it
    Click Uninstall and follow the on screen instruction
Then reinstall Acrobat X through the Adobe Application Manager like other programs
You can launch Adobe Application Manager from either the Start menu (Win) or Applications (Mac) folder.

  • I own Creative Suite 6 and just joined Creative Cloud. Will I automatically get the Cloud upgrades?

    Do I need to download the Suite again? Also, where do I go to download the apps? I know that's a dumb question, but I seem only to find the area to download trials. Also, I have a current trial of Muse. Do I need to download it again? Thank you.

    And yes, going forward when any product updates are available you will automatically receive the opportunity install those upgrades when you wish on your system.

    I downloaded After Effects and it says it won't open with my system. I have a new mac running 10.9.1

    I just joined creative cloud and downloaded PS.  Why is it asking me for a serial number or use it as a trial?   Shouldnt it recognize I've paid?

    You can try this:
    Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud.
    For Windows:
    Open the Windows Control Panel > Programs And Features.
    For MAC:
    Open Finder and go to /Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers.
    After Uninstall navigate to the OOBE folder.
    Windows: C Drive\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
    Delete OOBE folder.
    Download Creative Cloud Reinstall and Sign in .

    Since I joined creative cloud, I have not been able to sync. Why the difference? Worked good during initial trial.
    Also I had installed the Mosaic app for ipad before Lightroom mobile came out and I cannot seem to get rid of it. How can I get mosaic out? I have cancelled, I have deleted, I have looked through the files for visible remnants.

    The sync count is 60 and static. The total number synced so far is 500+. None have been synced from the ipad except for corrections made there on those already synced.
    I have deleted the Mosaic app from all machines and checked the library folder and have contacted the Mosaic tech support and they have discontinued my subscription. I still get mosaic messages on initiating Lightroom and sometimes at closing.
    I have not tried to sync fewer yet, but some catalogs that I have tried are smaller numbers. Initially, it did well on good connections. Nothing works on my home connections over satellite.

  • How to get plugin file for After Effects CC 2014 (just bought creative cloud)

    I just bought Creative Cloud, installed it, and then went to the Adobe site to install After Effects, since I couldn't find a way to do this on the CC menu. I have Mac OSx. I downloaded the After Effects CC 2014 app and it installed it onto my desktop. So when I go to applications>adobe there is no After Effects file and no plugins. And in the menu within After Effects there is no listing of the Effects & presets. I tried searching various things like "curves" and nothing showed up except for "contents"......any idea on how to solve this?

    If you are telling us that you could not find After Effects in the Creative Cloud app then your system does not meet the minimum system requirements. If you somehow found a disk image and managed to run it and it gave you the option to choose Desktop when installing then you probably don't have a light copy of CC 2014, because it should only be installed using the CC app. Mac OSx tells us nothing. You could be on Lion, or Leopard, or Mountain Lion or even something else.
    Tell us more about your system, show us what you get when and if you get AE to launch (sounds like you're looking inside the disk image for an app and it's not there), and give us the exact steps or error messages that you are seeing when you try and launch AE. BTW, plug-ins are only accessible from inside the timeline or the comp window when the App is running.

    I'm unable to download the applications and I'm not sure why. I thought it had something to do with me having the trial prior so I went ahead and deleted it. And I still cannot download the applications. Am I missing a specific step in all of this? I was under the assumption that when I purchased creative cloud, it would be some sort of prompt to install the program (the way adobe normally works) then I would be able to install the applications separately.

    Welcome to the Community & thanks for being the Creative cloud member!
    The first thing is to download Creative cloud desktop app which will help you to download all the apps available, go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and download it.
    Once downloaded, launch it and select any product to start downloading/installing within the app.

If this continues to fail, please contact Customer Support." Without entering this information I can't purchase anything. I've logged out and back in and that doesn't work.

    Who can I thank at Adobe for the 117 spam emails I received in 24 hours since joining Creative Cloud?  I've tried changing my contact information but it keeps reverting back.
    Should I just cancel?  Please any suggestions welcome.

    Click your avatar picture near the upper right corner (slightly to the left of the pencil) and select PREFERENCES then set all Email Preferences to OFF and click Save at the bottom left
    AND
    Another new feature is that Jive7 is oriented toward social networking... so every time you start or reply to a message you are automatically added to a FOLLOW list... meaning you receive a notification of every subsequent message in that thread
    Click the FOLLOW link at the upper right and select STOP FOLLOWING... and don't click the link again to check your status, as you will then be added to the CONNECTIONS STREAM and you will have to uncheck that option as well
    And, after you post in a message thread and select Stop Following, you need to do it all over again the next time you add a reply to the same message thread, since EVERY POST adds you to the automatic Follow list

    I just purchased Creative Cloud single-app membership for Dreamweaver, to upgrade the trail CS6 i had, it was still opening in trial format so i uninstalled dreamweaver on my mac. Now i can't download the new version of Dreamweaver via the Creative Cloud app.  Can you reset my account so i can download Dreamweaver CC to my mac.

    I am on OS x 10.8.3
    I have used the cloud cleaner and downloaded creative cloud again and dreamweaver cc, I can open dreamweaver but its always in trial mode.
    When click on Licence Product and login using my Adobe ID, it then asks for the serial number.
