I downloaded After Effects and it says it won't open with my system. I have a new mac running 10.9.1

    Hi Ken,
    Uninstall the Acrobat X trial
    Uninstall Acrobat X in Mac OS®
            In Applications > Utilities > Adobe Installers, select the Acrobat X Uninstaller and double-click it.
            Follow the onscreen instructions to uninstall Acrobat.
            In the Authenticate dialog box, type the user name and password for an administrator account and click OK.
             Note: The uninstaller removes only Adobe Acrobat X files from the system.  It does not remove Adobe Reader files, Acrobat user data, or files that are shared with other Adobe applications.
        (Optional) Move any Adobe PDF Settings files that you created from the Library/Application Support/Adobe PDF folder and drag the folder to the Trash.
    Uninstall Acrobat X in Windows®
        Open Control Panel > Programs and Features (Vista/Win 7) or Add/Remove Programs (XP)
        Find the entry for Acrobat X, select it
        Click Uninstall and follow the on screen instruction
    Then reinstall Acrobat X through the Adobe Application Manager like other programs
    You can launch Adobe Application Manager from either the Start menu (Win) or Applications (Mac) folder.

    Swelte82 what operating system are you using?  You will need to meet the minimum system requirements in order to install.  You can find the system requirements at System requirements | Creative Cloud.

    Hi there -
    As long as all of your registration information is associated with a residence and credit card address in the US, you should be able to sign up for Creative Cloud in Korea.  Note that this also includes creating an Adobe ID that uses your US address.

    What happened yesterday may have been caused by the SOPA protest action that was joined by a lot of sites yesterday and such an action won't happen that often.
