Just joined the photoshop + LL for photographers and I may misunderstand how this works.........
I thought I would have the option to use Photoshop and Lightroom as an online version without downloading the product. However, the first thing I was asked to do is to download the product. Can someone clear this up for me. Do I have to download the complete version of Photoshop and Lightroom to use the creative cloud subscription version of this product or Is it a choice or do I simply download a small syncing app of some kind that links my computer to the online version. Please answer this for me. I already have a couple of software editors on my computer including Elements and others. I really did not want to download another heavy software editing program. So, let me know how this works.

The "Creative Cloud" name has caused a lot of confusion for many people. You do have to download any of the Adobe apps as none of them have an online version.

Go to the iTunes menu > Preferences > Playback.

i just downloaded the new update for itunes and the itunes store wont open up it is taking a long time it still hasnt loaded since 5pm, i also cant sighn in either it just keeps on saying accessing itunes....
Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 & above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

I Just purchased the numbers app for iphone and was hoping I would be able to work on spreadsheets on the go on and then sync them to my mac so I can continue to work on them at home - not able to make it work. Anyone know how to do this??

I just purchased the iphone 4 for verizon and I need to sync with itunes but my macbook runs X OS 10.4.11. How could I download itunes 10?
You will need to upgrade your MacBook OS to at least 10.5.8 or preferably Snow Leopard 10.6.X

HT1924 I'm permanently on the US site for iTunes and can't find how to change it on my iPod.
Can anyone help? My daughter managed to set her iTunes app on her iPod to go to the US site and not the UK one by default, and I can't fathom out how to get it back. Been through all the obvious settings!

Frustrated parent !!Try going to the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app on your iPod and tap on your account id, tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account, and then select the Country/Region section.

I ordered the photoshop essentials for windows and needed the MAC version,
I downloaded it and then registered the product thinking I would need to ask for an exchange, however it is working okay, I think, do i need to make the change?
thanksYou might have gotten the Mac version anyways. Assuming you mean Photoshop Elements, your purchase is good for either platform. When you downloaded it might have automatically detected your system and delivered the proper version.
If you have a problem you should be able to get the proper version without having to make any arrangements with Adobe. -

Photoshop CC for Photographers option
Good morning,
I noticed that the Photoshop CC for Photographers option ($9.99 / month) has been opended to everyone until 12/2. The original offer was valid for current users until 12/31. Is that still an option or has that been changed to now end on 12/2.

RobertBeverly, thanks for clearing that up. All of the evidence on Adobe's pages regarding this program suggests that the deadline has been changed for everyone to December 2, and a representative on Adobe chat unequivocally confirmed that late yesterday. We would expect that after the last year that Adobe would be sensitive to the need to communicate clearly and candidly with it users, but that message apparently still has not been recieved. But I appreciate your remedial clarification.

Hi! I just joined the creative cloud. As a photographer I would like to download photoshop and lightroom. When I try to do this, before the download starts, I get the message: 'we are experiencing some problems, please try later'. I've tried multiple times for the last 3 days but no change... Any ideas?

I just installed the new firefox for Mac OSX 10.6.8 and when I select an image on a site (right click and copy) and paste in Photoshop 5.5, the image lightens. It does not do this in Safari.Firefox, Safari, and PhotoShop each handle embedded color profiles differently. I haven't tried it myself.

I have the free Creative Cloud, which ends Sept. 5, 2014. I have switched to the monthly plan. Do I just update the Creative Cloud for just PhotoshopCC and Lightroom 5 or do I have to download PhotoshopCC again?
I tried to download Photoshop, but it asks my to choose the place on my hard drive (C). I can't seem to find it to open it up. I need help. Can someone please guide me through this?
I also have Lightroom 5 under the Creative Cloud that I have to switch.Geez, don't mix up everything! The free CC access may or may not include full access to all apps. Now, with the monthly subscription for photographers, you will only have access to PS, LR and BR. So it seems, you already have all the apps installed, so no need to download anything again. With the beginning of your new subscription, you change the account details in your CC account manager and then either it deletes the apps which are not licenced or you just won't be able to start them anymore.
