Just paid for Acrobat XI and it will not activate and start working.

The Acrobat 'help' just puts me into frustrating circles and avoids actually allowing me to contact anyone for assistance. I have paid for a product which will not work even though I have a serial number.  Help please?
I get a messaage when i attempt to open a previous pdf file which tells me the serial number is valid but a qualifying product could not be found.  I t asks me to choose one - I have no idea what to choose or why it is asking me to choose.

If this is the case the web site download details are very missleading.  I
am aware that it is an upgrade, however, I was under the impression it was
an upgrade on the basic adobe acrobat must PC's use to access PDF files.
This is what I originally had on my PC.  Now I cannot even access those
files.
If this download I have purchased will not up-grade my current Adobe
Acrobate, I would appreciate a complete refund.
I also want to point out, considering the amount of pc users using adobe
products, the customer service access is the worst I have ever encoutered -
in fact,  access to immediate assistance is impossible and links to 'help'
simply open 'frequently asked questions' pages or back to 'log in' pages.
I have never been so frustrated and dissatisfied with such a huge
co-orporation's product and product service.
Seeing as you seem to know what the issue is with my PC, please resolve my
issue either by getting your product to work, or re-funding my money.

    Because you can only synce with one iTunes library and you are switching libries by using the new computer. To nake this yyour syncing computer:
    - Move all the media(apps, music, synced video and photos etc) to the new computer.
    - Connect the iPofd yo the computer and bake a backup fo the iPod by right clicking on the iPod under Devices in iTunes and select Back Up
    - Restore the iPod from that backup.
    Note that the backup that iTunes makes doe not include media.

    You can not update an iPod Touch 3rd Generation to iOS 6.
    Only iPod Touch 4th generation can update to iOS 6.
    iPod Touch 5th Generation will come with iOS 6 already installed.

    I'm just guessing at this point, but I suspect that you have installed a midi driver on your computer for some external device, and, since GarageBand's midi capabilities are limited in some ways, chances are your audio/midi driver is asking GarageBand to do something more than it's made to do, causing core audio's midi function to crash.
    If that's the case, you might want to try adjusting your midi device's driver settings, or uninstalling your midi device's driver, and then see if GarageBand starts up normally without it.

    Csound1 What Ive been trying to explain is that I have been running bootcamp, I open the app where the first screen is the introduction, i hit continue, the first time I select "download the latest windows support software fromm Apple" then I return and instead select "Install Windows 7." Then hit continue. The third screen is where I "Create a Partition for Windows" I set Windows to 80 gigs then hit INSTALL. As stated before Bootcamp cannot find the install drivers saying "The installer disc could not be found." My windows software is on a USB drive not a disc, I tried using a virtual disc reader to make it appear that the windows software was running on a disc, still no luck. What I would like to know is how to install windows on bootcamp.

    You can try a couple of different things. First - restart the iPod and see if the songs will play.
    Restart the iPod by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
    If that doesn't help - delete the songs and then download them again. You can download purchased music again at no charge as long as you use the same Apple ID that you bought them with originally and as long as you live in one of these countries.
    Previously purchased music is only available through iTunes in the Cloud in  Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, France, Germany, Guatemala, Honduras, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, United States, and Venezuela.
    If you are running iOS 5 on the iPod - You can delete songs by swiping across the song in list view to bring up a red delete button. Tap the button to delete the songs. Download the songs again in the purchased tab in iTunes.

    To activate you need to be able to send SMS and in some cases that is an international SMS.  The SMS is hidden and goes to a numbe rin the UK starting with +44.  Are you able to send international SMS?  Check with your carrier.  Read http://support.apple.com/kb/ts4268

    I have changed my apple ID password, and since then my imessage and facetime will not activate, it says: "Could not sign in. Please check your network and try again."     If you have the chance stop by an Apple Retail store and talk to them about it...they often work deals for replacement of out of warranty non-working items for prices around half price.  Won't hurt to stop by and see what they will do for you.
