I have no idea why i cant just download Lightroom ? Currently using an iMac OS X 10.9.2 plenty of memory and disk space
£8+ per month for what ? and error message !!!?? very poor show Adobe !!!

You need to log-in to the creative cloud with your Adobe ID.
From CC desktop click on the apps tab.
Then scroll down the list for Photoshop CC and click on the install button. Then do the same for Lightroom 5 and click on the install button.

Safari is slowly getting more buggy. Actions, such as clicking on a field, don't give the expected results. I may have to click on the red exit button 5 times to get it to work. I get unwanted dropdown menus. I have version 5.1.7 on OS 10.6.8. System is 3 years old.

I have been using Mozilla for about 4 years and never had any problems in opening a new tab manually. But since yesterday, I am not able to do so. I even uninstalled Firefox and then re installed it. No change.

Downloading Xcode 6.1 to iMac 10.9.5.
I've done the steps on the Terminal involving: defaults write com.apple.appstore ShowDebugMenu -bool true
Restarted computer.
Ejected other volumes on the iMac (external HD).
When trying to download from Purchases page, it ends about 90% complete with the message "An error has occurred."You may have to try deleting all the music from your phone (by going to Settings>General>Usage>Music, swipping All Music and tapping Delete), then sync it all back on with iTunes in order to fix this.

On the Boston Globe web page, for example, their home page displays just fine. When I click on any news title, the page displays for an instant and then this pops up:

Since you have to consciously click and enter a password, the normal terms on the store are all sales are final.
All you can do is go to the support link above, follow to the Express Lane support for the iTunes store and plead your case for a refund. Just don't get your expections too high though. -
Hi, I was importing pictures into iPhoto from my sd card and suddenly iPhoto quit. Now it just won't open. When I click on the iphoto icon in the dock, nothing happens! Does anyone have a solution to this problem please?
As a test launch iPhoto with the Option key held down and create a new, test library. Import some photos and test to see if the same problem persists. Does it?
If it does then your current library has been damaged and should be repaired: apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
Launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
Since only one option can be run at a time start
with Option #4 and then #1 as needed.
Fix #2
Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
1 - download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
2 - click on the Add Library button, navigate to your Home/Pictures folder and select your iPhoto Library folder.
3 - Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the File ➙ Rebuild Library menu option.
4 - In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
5 - Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments. However, books, calendars, cards and slideshows will be lost. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.

if the reset didn't work, try signing out of iTunes and App Store, then back in.
have you tried going to App Store - purchased and tapping on the cloud icon for the apps you want? You will still be asked for your password. -
I have tried loading 3 different cds that I recently purchased into Itunes. I click the import cd button and Itunes goes through the motion of copying and importing the cds, but the songs are not in my music library. I have searched everywhere to find where these cds might be, but to no avail. Could really use some help here. Never used to have this problem.
Are they in the relevant artist & album folders when you look via Windows Explorer. If so something may have gone wrong with the index of the Music playlist. Download the current iTunes Free Single of the Week. I know it sounds odd, but it should fix the problem.
If that doesn't work close iTunes and delete the hidden file sentinel from inside the main iTunes folder, then start iTunes again. It should run a consistency check when it starts up.

When I try to purchase any free app, I try to click the green install button and it toggles between the install and free icons in the app store. Tried rebooting and also syncing iphone to computer but no luck. Any suggestions?
If resetting the iPad doesn't help, try these things.
Quit the App Store app completely and restart the iPad. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the task bar will appear with all of your recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar. Restart the iPad.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again. Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try to download an app again.
If that fails, try downloading something in iTunes. There is free content in there so find something that you don't have to pay for and download it. If that works, try the App store again. -
