Just purchased Acrobat Standard, but it does not download on Mac. Is there a work around to this?

I purchased Acrobat Standard while on chat with a representative. They never mentioned that it didn't work on Mac. Is there a version that does?

You need Acrobat Pro version for Mac. I would suggest to contact contact Support.

I have just purchased Quicktime Pro but Trim does not display IN and OUT options. It trims to the frame on display.

I have just installed Qicltime Pro but when I edit a video file and try to set the In and Out points, it does not show any way to set them. It trims the video down to the one point on display. Have I installed the software correctly?

QuickTime Player 7 Pro is in the Utilities folder.
To set in and out points set the position you want in the timeline and tap the i key. Move to the end of your selection and tap the o key. To step frame by frame move the playhead by tapping the left/right arrow keys.

Really? How is it that I actually purchased from my Mac and when I went to use/download, and I get a dialog box with "The Adobe Standard edition is not available for Mac, please download on a windows computer?" What is available to work with my Mac?

Acrobat Pro is available for Mac OS. Please Contact Customer Care--an agent will be able to convert your Standard subscription to a Pro subscription, if you'd like (the Pro subscription does cost a bit more than Standard, however).

If you have properly upgraded Snow Leopard to 10.6.8, say with the combo updater v1.1, Lion should run comfortably with 4GB of RAM on your model.
You may be able to inject a further 2GB of Ram and to check that, go to Crucial.com and feed in your Machine specs. The site has a tool which will confirm the maximum amount of RAM you can fit.
It's not too difficult to fit by yourself and Crucial give instructions how to do it.

No, unfortunately, when you format a drive, it will erase all the contents. So you will need to find a temporary "storage" place to put the stuff using a PC so you have access to it. Then reformat using Disk Utility (Applications > Utilities). If only using with mac, format Mac OS Extended (Journaled) and use GUID Partition scheme under Partitions/Options. After formatting, you can drag the files back.

Are your home screens completely full? Is the app buried in a folder? Can you access it from the Spotlight Search feature.
Try quitting the app completely, reboot the iPad and then see if the icon shows up.
Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the recents tray will appear with all of your recent apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

You do realize that the message means that you need to download iTunes on the computer and not on the iPad - correct? I just want to make sure that you know that.
