Just purchased and downloaded Acrobat Pro, but cannot launch it. I need to use it NOW!
I was using the Acrobat Pro trial, loved it, used it every day, so purchased the program and now cannot launch it no matter how many times I download it and try. Can anyone help?
What OS? Assuming you are using Windows, there may be something leftover from the trial installation. Try using the cleaner tool and then re-installing.

You can download the setup file again from this Link (Download Acrobat products | Standard, Pro | XI, X ) and Burn it to a DVD Disc using Windows Explorer.

I just paid $180.00 to purchase the "Adobe Acrobat Pro" After I provide all necessary information and set up an account, I was then instructed to download and install the software, however when I click on the software download button, it does NOT download the software. Why will it not download the software?
Assistanttolindsey the Adobe Download Assistant will download the installation files for Adobe Acrobat Professional XI. By default they are saved to your download folder. You can begin the installation process from there.

I did the free trial, and at the end of the trial I decided to purchase. I paid for and downloaded Acrobat XI for students. Now I am trying to open a document, and I keep getting a message that says that my trial has expired and I need to buy the software. I can't find an icon or anything in the "start" menu that doesn't do the exact same thing. I can't even open the program. Help!
Don't you get the option to enter your serial number? That should get you out of the trial mode.

You should get a request to login that is used for the activation on the subscription services.

OK, I got around this error by extracting the files to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe Acrobat XI"
Now I get a different error "1325.kstanwood is not a valid short file name". I'm not certain why it's even trying to create such a file name. -

Well, it should be in your downloads folder. If it's really not anywhere, I would try downloading the trial, where it's easier to figure out which is the correct file, and you can enter your serial number into that, same as into the purchased download.

I just purchased and downloaded Logic 9. I had Logic 8 previously installed. What the **** happened to my Logic 8. It's gone along with the sounds and my my G4 mastering Folder. And... where are all these sounds stored on my computer I can't find them?...

Just purchased and downloaded pe 13. While installing, I found out pe13 is not compatible with my OSX 7.5 system. Any Idea's on how to swap for pe 12? It's not available on the Adobe web site. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Adobe is not going to swap 13 for 12. It is selling only 13 download as you found out. So, you are going to have to purchase 12 if you want to use that program. It may still be available at some retail locations, such as Amazon.

If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the tracks and try redownloading fresh copies. For instructions, see the following document:

Uh…no, you didn't. Snow Leopard is not available as a download, and never has been. So that means you're running Lion, in which case Parallels 3 definitely won't be compatible with it. You need to check what you're really running and use that information to post in the correct forum, as well as provide the necessary information about it. -
