just purchased a new ipod touch when i tried to activate it and access itunes iget an error message "could not sign in there was a problem connecting to the server" anyone else have this problem? thx
figured it out needed to use my password for my wireless router so the ipod could access my wifi.

Can you connect to a wifi source on the device? Enable wifi in settings on the device itself. If you don't have wifi at home, there may be a local hotspot you can use for this.
The reason this happens is carriers don't want people downloading huge files that would slow their network as well as eat up your data plan. -
I have my iTunes on my PC and have an iPod Classic, I have just purchased an iPod touch and want to load all of my Itunes music onto it, how do I do this and not loose my library, I'm not very computer savvy.
You sync music the same way as on the Classic. What you sync to an iPod does not effect the iTunes library on your computer.

You mean the PAN profile, which is supported by the iPod touch according to the chart?
But looking into more detail on bluetooth and of what profiles my phone supports it looks like iPod uses PAN, while my phone uses DUN for tethering.

I am having the same issue. I just had the battery replaced at a third party store. The battery powers the ipod up but it needs to be restored. It is saying it isn't eligible for rebuild. If you have problems with updating then easiest is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.

I got my new iPhone 5 Last Friday. However I can not activate facetime on the new iPhone 5. All other function work well.

My network work well. I can access internet, apple store with no issue via wi-fi or AT&T 4G. No password issue as I can use the same apple ID register other access and apple store.
I noticed that many users are complaining the facetime after upgrading to iOS6. Not sure if this is the reason?

ThanksFacetime is accessed through Contacts or Messages. The only place you will find anything else in is Settings, where you would activate it. There is no stand alone app for Facetime like on the iPod or iPad.
