The original poster or yourself gave no indication of which operating system you are running on.
Around the time of the original post there was a problem with the Adobe server and a note was put out which may have answered the original posters problem.
You don't tell us anything about your problem - any error message?
By the way, this is a user to user forum where other users try to help - Adobe staff only occasionally look in.

I just purchased photoshop elements and went to retrieve my serial code. The web page provided to retrieve it loads blank, even when clicking on the URL through adobe's web site. I can not install my product without this. Please help

I purchase my QuickTime 7 Pro registration key via a friend in USA as it was not available to residents in South Africa. I now have a new iMac and the registration code doesn't want to activate PRO. It works fine on my MacBook Pro. Do I have to buy a new registration code for my newiMac?

I just purchased harry potter and the deathly hallows digital copy but i just synced my ipod and its not there. i went back to get the copy again and its says the code can only be used once. I've just bought Photoshop CC and the spacebar shortcut for the hand tool isn't working?
I've googled solutions for the problem and most of them say that I need to close down the other programmes I have open, as well as photoshop, and then restart the programme so I tried this and nothing seems to work. The hand tool by itself works but I much prefer using the spacebar shortcut as I need to work fast and it's much easier.
Is there a way I need to activate the spacebar shortcut seeing as I bought the software this morning?
ThanksI had this same issue and a restart would NOT fix the problem, neither would reseting the prefs, or any of the other solutions mentioned in this post. I discovered the problem to be the Terminal application was automatically opening on login, which had the "Secure Keyboard Entry" option enabled. (Terminal menu item->Secure Keyboard Entry (check marked)) If I quit Terminal without disabling "Secure Keyboard Entry", the spacebar in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop would work as expected. Although, if I restarted with Terminal still loading automatically with "Secure Keyboard Entry" enabled then the spacebar would NOT work until I quit the Terminal app. The problem is that when the computer logs into the user account and starts the Terminal app it hides the keyboard entry from other applications. Somehow Adobe products are now sensitive to this and the spacebar stops working as is should. So, the solution is to either make sure Terminal is not to load automatically at login, or disable the "Secure Keyboard Entry" option in Terminal and only enable it as needed. Be sure to disable it when your are no longer using the terminal. I have never seen this before and have been using Adobe products on OS X since its release, but I have not always used the Terminal as I do now in such a secure way. Thanks again governments and criminals for even further complicating our lives!

We are going to have to get at your export settings which gets us to the properties of the finished video that you are trying to play in Windows Media Player.
If you take your finished video from Premiere Elements 13 and import that into a new Premiere Elements 13 project with Add Media/Files and Folders,
does it import into the new project. And, when the video is in the new project, does it display video and have audio in the Edit area monitor?
We need more details of the properties of the finished video. Knowing that you have no problems with this matter in Premiere Elements 12 and that
the finished video plays in CyberLink are important, but they do not help to figure out what is happening in 13 so that it does not happen again.
