Just purchased Photoshop Elements 13, and did not get the Mac version. How do I switch?

I purchased Photoshop Elements 13, and it was unclear that it was a Wndows program, When I purchased Lightroom it was for both formats, so I did not look too closely, but no Maac OSX option seems available. How do I get the OSX version, or get a refund?

I am tired of getting absolutely no where in the web site! I want my money
returned to my VISA. I will purchase the software rather than deal with
Adobe online! If you know how to reach the correct person please be kind
enough to send me the information. The link below only takes me in circles! I
have been trying to solve the installation since Dec 10th. Enough is enough.

Which Operating System you are using?
In the serial number window, on the title bar check if the product name is Photoshop elements 13
There are some PE serial number which is specific for windows OS, you may check that also.
You can contact Adobe support and verify your serial number once

It may be that your not in the Expert mode in the pse 12 editor.
Enhance>Photomerge>Panorama is greyed out if your in the Guided or Ouick modes.

Am using PS Elements 11 and can not get the font to stop typing in all caps
