Just renewed but i have an activation date of tomo...

I am happy with the service I get so I have just renewed for another 12 months at a lower price. However, I had to go through the whole order process again and at the end, it gave me an actication date on July 18th (tomorrow).
So, as i already have BT broadband, I assume they wont disconnect me and the reconnect me tomorrow? Can anyone confirm?

I meant the order going through. It's how BT's system works - bits of your package may be activated today the rest tomorrow. For me the unlimited bb was done within hours but the phone calls (unchanged) was the following day.

Usually it's because you are not making internet connection via wifi. Open Safari and see if it connects.

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.

Late re newing my iOS Developer Programme membership. Consequenly my app has dissappeared from the store. Have just renewed but not sure if the app will reappear. Anyone else been in a the same silly situation as me?

Sync on Android keeps asking for confirmation, but I have an active account on my desktop already set up. The confirmation email never reaches me.

I am trying to set up sync on my new Android device. It always prompts to confirm my account. I have never received the confirmation email despite having it re-sent many times and adding *@accounts.firefox.com to my whitelist. Also, I can sign in to my account (using the same email and password) on my desktop version of Firefox, and it does not ask for a confirmation. So it seems this account is already set up For some reason the Android account needs a confirmation, but not the desktop account.

Have you tried removing your account and re-adding it?

Lightroom Trial pop up every time I launch, but I have an active subscription.

It's highly annoying, as I have to click on "license this software" and it takes me onto the next step which is "sign in required", yet I'm constantly signed in so I don't understand why it still asks me to sign in constantly. How can I get rid of this? It's so annoying that I'll cancel my subscription and use another product from another company.

BAM Report and Active data cache

I am having problems with reports that have automatic active data retrieval.
It does not work.
If I load the report it extracts the data correctly from an external data source. If I Reprompt or refresh it brings back changed data from the data source.
It does not automatically poll for changes even though it is set in the report properties.
If I stop and start the Active data cache service it starts polling and reconnecting, but not resynching the data.
In the Active data cache log I have the following entries :

Can you identify your company and project.?
a) Maximum capacity of ADC == maximum capacity of your underlying Oracle DB used by BAM as repository.
b) Retention period - infinite - data is there in BAM ADC (also in BAM repository) till you manually delete it (there is no automatic delete of old data)
c) Yes ADC stores its data internally in the Oracle database (aka BAM repository)
d) No - we generally donot publish ADC internals. This is a known decision since end users will only work either to put data into ADC or plot reports/dashboards from BAM GUI. You have to be very specific on what your are trying to acheive and we can suggest possible alternates.

Actually i have many Data sources which are in Active State but extractions are happening only on some of the Active Data Sources.
I can collect List of Active Data Sources from Table RSOLTPSOURCE, but how to collect Active Data Sources from which extractions are happening for the past one year.
Is there any such table which satisfies my requirement?

I had similar kind of requirement in my project and I used following approach,
1) We already had a list of all the process chains which extract data from source system. So you also need to get such list if you don't have then goto RSPCLOGCHAIN and get the list of all the active chains.
2)after that goto table RSPCCHAIN and for all of your chains or for a single chain you can put the TYPE as "loading" and you will get list of all the infopackage.
3) Once you get the list of all the infopackages which are loading data from your source system.
4) goto table RSLDPIO and put all your infopackage name and source system you will get the list of all the datasources in OLTPSOURCE field.

I have configured Active Data Guard on oracle 11g, for reporting purpose we will select mutliple querry on target side(10 users). we are getting 'numeric overflow erro'r on alert log file When we issuing multiple query on target side. PLeae let me know is this error will cause performance degrad. if it will degrade performance mean please tell me how to resolve this problem. Why the numeric overflow is comming . and it is not comming in the primary database, it is comming in standby database only. please any one help it is very urgent

If available in the USA, get a pre-paid micro-SIM card for the iPad and use the cellular network there.
It might be enough for 10 days (check what is available and connection rates) and could serve you again for a future trip to the USA.
