Just rent IMMORTALS movie but it showed without audio, plz help!

Just rent a movie Immortals at Apple TV. Video quality was good but could not have audio. Checked other apps in Apple TV and every one else were working just fine. Plz explain how to solve this problem. Thanks.

You're original post is a tad confusing. If you have your ATV2 installed correctly, you don't need iTunes to watch movies on your TV.
If instead, you rented a movie on a computer, I'm not sure if you can even "see" it with ATV2 up and running. On ATV1, I think you have to "transfer" rented movies to the ATV1 before viewing.
Short version. If you want to watch a movie via ATV, it's best to rent the movie directly to the ATV device.

I just rented a movie but when I connect my iPhone 4S and try to sync the movie to the device, it says that the device is associated with another library and I would have to erase my iPhone library. I don't want to do that because I have been downloading onto the device and that has the up to date music on it.

Never mind I fixed it. Just in case anyone else has this problem, after you reinstall iTunes you have to delete all your old music, and if you have iTunes match all the songs you have saved on itunes match will display and you just have to download them to your Macbook.

Did you use iTunes on your computer, or iTunes on your iPad? If you rented it on your computer, you need to transfer it from there to your iPad. Plug in the iPad, select it in iTunes, and select the Movies tab. A Rented Movies section should appear.

I'm not convinced that starting it before it was downloaded has anything to do with it, you should be able to do that. I'd try restarting the computer and if that doesn't help, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History.

You must have a slower connection if it took 2.5 hours, did you pause it or exit out to the main screen? I've paused movies many times and it resumes..it could be due to the connection as well so what is your actual speed? Check www.speedtest.net Wifi or ethernet? Have you changed the DNS settings?
