Just started getting "The Apple Id you entered couldn't be found or the password was incorrect". Any ideas why? iTunes is running, the Apple Id and password are being entered correctly.

If you can verify that your Apple ID and password are correct by logging in at AppleID.apple.com and are certain that all your apps were purchased under that ID, you may want to try manually logging out of your Apple ID on your iPhone, then logging back in. You may find the following article helpful:

With the correct password, I get that message while trying to make an in-app purchase. If I enter the password incorrectly I get "Your Apple ID or password is incorrect." This has been going on since about 10am central. What's up? I have seen this was an issue in the past years but not recently and no real answer was given.

I'm getting this error msg when trying to sign into itunes on both my iphone and Macbook.
I know I'm typing the correct password, what can I do? Anyone else having problems?Me too, I have UK account- Win7 Ultimate- just upgraded to latest vers of iTunes and still same problem on PC + iPhone.
Also tried two independent internet access points but I get time out errors and password/username incorrect errors.
I googled this and a lot of returns relate to hacked accounts and unauthorized purchase problems, I hope this is not the case

When I run the app ALLMYMUSIC FROM WONDERSHARE after installing I get this window up.
When I log in with my Apple ID I just get:
The Apple ID you entered couldn't be found or your password was incorrect. Please try again.
I have however made sure that this is the correct Apple ID and password that I am putting in. In the Mac App Store it works.
Do you have any solution?

I have the current version of iTunes. I have tried resetting my password.

Hello everyone. I've just gotten onto this forum for support, because i have a problem with my account. I've looked other places but i've only seen something somewhat similar (i'm not sure it's the same problem).
I recently tried logging on to my account in the iTunes Store (I haven't gone on in a while, but i did buy stuff and have a small amount of money on the account), and for some reason it had this message pop up after entering my password as normal.

I knew it wasn't my password, but i tried anyways. I clicked "forgot password?" and went through all of that stuff to change my password to my secondary password, but for some reason it still had the same message pop up. I logged on completely fine with this forum thing and creating an account, but i can't access the iTunes store specifically or view my account. I discovered the exact message with my iPod Touch (1st gen) today after bringing it out of storage. Unable to download any apps. Funny thing is, I am having absolutely no problems with the same Apple ID and password when using my iPhone to download apps.
I've tried a restore on the Touch as well as a password reset and still cannot access the app store through the Touch.
Is this problem only affecting the Touch or have any iPhone users experienced the problem? (Hard to say, as earlier posts are not indicating iPod Touch or iPhone) -

So i was updating my white ipod touch 4th gen and i restarted the ipod while it was half way done. Then after it restarted it would crash right after the apple sign...it would turn white, red,purple,green...any ideas of how to fix it??
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iPod fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
When it says restore the iPid via recovery mode, try placing n recovery mode and restoring several times. -

You can not merge accounts.
Apps are tied to the Apple ID used to download them, you can not transfer them. -

Iphoto on my macbook pro has stopped working. It comes up with a message saying that the library is either being used by another user or it is unreadable. Any ideas why I should be receiving this message?

Offered solution doesn't work:
Shut down and restart your computer, and then open iPhoto again. If the problem persists, try rebuilding your photo library. To do this, quit iPhoto, and then reopen it while keeping the Option and Command keys pressed. You can also try restoring your photo library from a backup.
I have already copied my photographs to the a library manager but when I tried to reuse iphoto and import the photos back into iphoto, it would not let me.
I can't download photographs from my iphone or my digital camera.
Any ideas on how I can solve this problem?
There is a possibility that when I went to update applications that I started to install Mavericks which I then interrupted and cancelled. I am not definite that this caused this problem but it was at about the same time as when this problem started.

EdI have already copied my photographs to the a library manager but when I tried to reuse iphoto and import the photos back into iphoto, it would not let me.
You can't "copy" your photos to the "library manager", there is just no way to any such thing.
Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Repair Database. If that doesn't help, then try again, this time using Rebuild Database.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. (In early versions of Library Manager it's the File -> Rebuild command. In later versions it's under the Library menu.)
This will create an entirely new library. It will then copy (or try to) your photos and all the associated metadata and versions to this new Library, and arrange it as close as it can to what you had in the damaged Library. It does this based on information it finds in the iPhoto sharing mechanism - but that means that things not shared won't be there, so no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your events, albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

for the past 13 weeks I get the message that "this phone has not been backed up on the cloud". However, every night it is connected to wifi, phone is connected to power, and the screen is locked. Any idea why back-up is not happening ? By the way, I do not have the "back up now" option in Setting / iCloud..
