Just turned on iPad to check mail, all mail (read, unread, folders everything) gone - help

As the title says just switched on my previously working iPad to check mail (Imap and two pop accounts) the two pop accounts work perfectly. I can send and receive email from this point forward but I have lost all my folders, unread, read, archived and draft emails. Can anyone help? What I have done is check the settings and they are all fine, I have sent from and received mail to this account but all other mail is now vanished.

Try a reset:
Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 second until you see the Apple logo.

Hello All,
To anyone with the same problem described above, on THEIR iPad (if it is running iOS 7.0.2):
Go to Settings; Mail, Contacts, Calendars; DELETE your *******@btinternet.com e-mail account, that you originally set up either using 'Other', or the 'BT' option which I am sure was in the list previous to the iOS 7 update.
Then ADD a NEW account choosing YAHOO from the list of options. DO NOT USE 'OTHER'.
Enter the correct details just as you (almost certainly) had already done in your previous attempts using 'other'.
When you see the 'verifying......' and 'the blue ticks' you should be able to exit settings and open your mail app and then receive all your 'old' e-mails again, AND be able to SEND as well.
All my 'old' e-mails, were NOT found in the 'old e-mail' folder though. THEY are still in my inbox.
So this fix worked for me.
After I deleted my account from 'OTHER' and put it in Yahoo, I like other people also ended up with more folders.
I hope this works for you on YOUR Apple devices.

If you have failed to make sure that any apps purchased on the iphone were transferred to your computer before updating, then you will have to redownload.
Open itunes store, click Purchased, under Quick Links.

What size if the Library as indicated in the Finder? If it's large enough to be holding your photos then your photos are probably still in there but the library is damaged. If the tags you used indicate iLife 11 then try the following:
Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
Download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
Click on the Add Library button,
navigate to your Home/Pictures folder and select your iPhoto Library folder.
Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the Library ➙ Rebuild Library menu option
In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
Click on the Create button.
Note 1: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments. However, books, calendars, cards and slideshows will be lost.
Note 2: your current library will be left untouched for further attempts at a fix if so desired.
If the above falils to recover your photos continue with this:
Starting over from scratch with new library
Start over with a new library and import the Originals (iPhoto 09 and earlier) or the Masters (iPhoto 11) folder from your original library as follows:
1. Open the library package like this.
2. Launch iPhoto with the Option key held down and, when asked, select the option to create a new library.
3. Drag the subfolders of the Originals (iPhoto 09 and earlier) or the Masters (iPhoto 11) folder from the open iPhoto Library package into the open iPhoto window a few at a time.
This will create a new library with the same Events (but not necessarily the same Event names) as the original library but will not keep the metadata, albums, books slideshows and other projects.
Note: your current library will be left untouched for further attempts at a fix if so desired.

You probably want to start by updating your OS, if your information is correct and you are still running 5.1.1. You may also want to try the Gmail app. I find it works very well.

i know loads of people who have had this problem including me. The Java script update apparently had some virus that has overloaded the start up disk. I was just at the Genius Bar in Chicago and they said, don't worry about it. It just floats out there, however, I can not recover my messages on a flash drive. I just turned on my iPod Touch and all my music has been wiped... (my iTunes was set to manually manage music, and all my apps are still on the iPod...).

What has happened and how do I get my music back? Obviously I have some of it on iTunes but others I don't have anymore... I can't understand how my music would suddenly disappear when my iPod has been working fine. My iTunes was set to manually manage music (and even if it hadn't been, then my iPod would have been synced to it anyway, so that can't explain why it's gone) and all my apps are there as usual. It's the version of the iPod touch before the camera was introduced. Please help!

In this line , it was returning ORA-00904 but it was fixed by using =: operator instead of = operator.
There's no "=:" operator.
The colon character ':' is used to defined a bind variable (placeholder) in the query string.
The value for that variable must be passed ("bound") after parse and before execute step so that the query is executed correctly. That's what the USING clause does in your code.
So, it works as =+ operator trick that is defined in other high programming language such as C# ...etc.
Example:
int a = 0;
a =+ 1;    // a was declared as an integer that has value 0
        // then we tried to increment by 1 or add by one
         // so it would be a=a+1;
                //which is a=0+1;

It means that the MacBook couldn't detect any bootable partition to start from. It usually means that the hard disk is damaged, but it could also mean that your computer has forgotten the startup disk.
First, turn off your MacBook and turn it on holding the Option (Alt) key, so you will see all bootable partitions in the display. If you can see the OS X partition, select it, and after starting, open System Preferences > Startup Disk, and select the OS X partition.
If it doesn't work, it probably means that the hard drive is damaged, but we should check it. To do it, hold Command and R keys while your computer is starting to start in Recovery HD and open Disk Utility. Then, choose "Macintosh HD" in the sidebar and repair the drive. If it couldn't be repaired, you need a new hard disk
