Just updated PS CS 5 and it is very very slow... HELP!
One week ago, I have updated from PS CS3 to CS5. I am liking CS5, but is very very slow at everything. I am running Bridge and PS and that is it. Can anyone help me?

My CS 5 is slow, also. I've upgraded from CS3 on my iMac G5; running 10.5.8. (2GB RAM). I use Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign and all three are slow and sluggish. Very slow to open and kinda slow to perform tasks. In PS, my files range from smaller images to quite large images. I did install the 12.0.1 update and it doesn't seem to have changed this much. I don't use Font Agent or Third Party Plugins. Any additional suggestions? Thanks.

I just updated the iPad IOS to 8.3 and it will not finish the install it has been stuck for over 24 hours. I plug it into the Mac and the computer says that the iPad must give me access which of course I can't. So I can not do a hard reboot. help
If it's stuck on the progress bar then you could try a soft-reset and see if that gets it to complete : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds, after which the Apple logo should reappear and it will hopefully reboot fully.
If not then try recovery mode and restore to your backup : If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support -

Just updated to IOS 7 and two issues:
First when I connect my iPhone to my computer I get this error message:itunes was unable to provider data from sync services". I'm not sure what this really means...
The second issue is when I try to select "Manually Manage Music"
The iPhone "My iPhone" is synced with another iTunes libary on "MY-PC". Do you want to erase this iPhone and sync with this iTunes library? An iPhone can be synced with only one iTunes library at a time. Erasing and syncing replaces the contents of this iPhone with the contents of this iTunes library."
So... I don't want to do that, but I do what to be able to Manage my music. I'm not sure what it means by being synced to another iTunes unless it means to an older version of itunes?
Anyone have any ideas?I cannot address the sync services error right now, but the error that you receive when you change from sync to manually manage music is what happens when you change. Once you change to manually manage music, it erases all of the music and will only put the music that you want on the phone, content that you manually drag over to it. My ipod touch 4g just updates today on itunes and the update caused more trouble than good for me. My ipod will no longer show me the battery percentage in the top right hand corner and I am not allowed to drag other applications to the bottom panel. Also my itunes doesn't allow "enable disk use" anymore. Can anyone help? My ipod now says that it's the 4.3.4 version

I just updated my Iphone 3G and now it won´t work anymore. It wouldn´t even boot. It was just working for 3 sek. after the installation and now it shut itself down. Any help, please? Thankyou
I suspect you have a 2G iPod. Those can only go to iOS 4.2.1.

Group messaging simply puts all replies in one conversation in Messages. It doesn't prevent the behavior you experienced.
My suggestion which would be much easier in my opinion, is rather than do a text, send out an email and use bcc: , which will keep the audience hidden from each recipient.
Otherwise, if you're determinted to do only texts, the only way is to send your message to one person at a time. You can of course copy/paste your msg each time which might be helpful. -

Assuming Allan's advice is not correct, and you do run the installer, I think I've heard of that problem and it involves removing the old Flash plug-ins, then install the new version. I don't use it so I don't know what they are called, but will be the /Library/Internet Plug-ins folder.
You can go here and enable HTML5 in YouTube so you don't have to use Flash: http://www.youtube.com/html5
Most(?) of the content is HTML5, but you may run into videos where you still need Flash. -

You can force quit by holding the power button down for extended period.
During boot up hold down the Option key and choose your Macintosh HD OSX.
In >System Preferences> Startup Disk>choose your internal OSX System as Default. -

Just updated to 7.1 and now open some apps and cannot see the entire screen because the iPad, time n battery icons are covering top of screen.
I tried what you said but it still didn't help.
It only affects some of my apps other apps are fine.
For some reason in some of my apps the iPad, time and battery icons get bigger on the top of my screen so I can't see the top of the app page which effects some of the games and applications.
Is there any way to turn these icons off on the top of the screen? -
I just updated to 5.7 and the exported files are blurry. I compared the ones I exported before the change and they are fine. I have not change any settings.

Anyway, you might try Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout

I have just updated to ISO 8 and my app icons are not displaying the correct icon but just a generic icon. Anyone had a similar problem?
That happened to me for a short period of time after I updated. It didn't do it with all apps, but it did it with a few here and there. Try a few basic standard troubleshooting steps. Close all apps and reset the iPad.
In order to close apps, you have to drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
You can also try resetting all settings. You will not lose any data, but most of the device settings will have to be entered in the settings app again. Settings>General>Reset>Reset all Settings.
Hopefully it will be something simple, but don't rule out restoring the iOS software, if nothing else works, but start with this easy stuff first. -

after that i can never open my library again, as long as i open fcpx, it crashedwhat is "locate the problem library from the File>New Library menu" mean? Should i open a new library? but i got a project in my library,it's due on April 30th, i wanna continue working on it.
