Just updated to IOS7, now I have no sound. Checked settings etc, and still no sound,,, Help!
I just updated my iPad to IOS7, and now I have no sound.
Couple of things to check here, firstly is your volume turned all the way down, obvious I know but worth checking.
If you go to the Settings>Sounds screen and adjust the volume do you hear anything while moving the volume control?

I HAVE RESOLVED THIS!! The problem was that I was signed in to iCloud on my iphone with an old Apple ID and using a different Apple ID on my pc. I signed out of iCloud on my phone, then re-signed in with the same id as the iCloud on my pc. Presto chango. All is well.

add your security questions. if its asking you for them, rather then set them up, then reset them using appleid.apple.com

How do I force it to check for new mail now please?Tap and hold any where on the Mailboxes list and drag down and release.

Just updated LR but now I have version 5 not 6

I am situated in amsterdam, have CC membership and use PS and LR.
I wanted to check the new photomerge/hdr option and decided to update LR through the CC app.
After update there is no hdr option and on checking the LR version says 5.
Have I now updated to an old version.
The app says up-to-date.
PfffIf Lightroom CC 2015 is shown as up-to-date then it is installed on your computer. The icon for the new Lightroom is the same one as for Lightroom 5. So you are starting Lightroom 5 from the icon. Installing Lightroom CC will not replace Lightroom 5. If you cannot find the icon for Lightroom CC then go to your programs folder and create a shortcut for the new version.

Basically ive updated both mine and my girlfriends iphone 5's to ios 7 and when she sends me stuff over airdrop it works flawlessly.... however when i do it i click on her name and it just stays at "waiting".......nothing shows up on her phone?? can anyone help me work out why my airdrop is only working in one direction???

I have tried all steps in the troubleshooting and no luck...
I even installed iTunes in a Windows 7 laptop and there my ipod is recognized perfectly wellnot recognized by anything: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1369

Updated to ios7 now there is a passcode
just updated to ios7,
now i had a look at it, locked my phone and boom there is suddenly a passcode that i never set, nor do i know the code too, what do i do......Hi yaboykingy

cannot connect to Net, have done for last 12 months no problem, I have other apple products that are connecting to the same hub happily. The hub is seen and the signal is strong, it just doesn't connect. I have reset the network settings with no joy. Any help much appreciated?
Try restarting your WiFi router by removing power to it for 30 seconds.

I just updated to ios7 and do not like the redesign. I want the old design back. Has anyone found out how to restore the old appearance. I do not understand why the change. I now have to unlock my phone to be able to check my battery level because my screensaver has a light color in the upper corner and I can't read the text. I want the gray panel back.

I have just updated to ios7 on my iphone and don't like the look and feel of this update. Where are all the colors and texture of all the older isos, all those white background colors,yuk. Is a way to go back to the ios6
"Unlike". iOS 7 doesnt display well on my 4S. iOS 6.1.3 should still be supported for older hardware. I think I shall me moving to Samsung Galaxy now. Was really hoping hte new iphone would get a bit larger.

The icon for Safari has probably moved to make room for new apps. Scroll the Home screen to look for it.

I just updated my Ipad to I0S 7.02 like it asked me too. Now i have a black screen Itunes logo and a picture of the plug in cord. I can't get to my home screen. What happened?
You are in Recovery Mode. Follow the instructions below to recover your iPad.
1. Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
2. Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to turn off.
If you cannot turn off the device using the slider, press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time. When the device turns off, release the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons.
3. While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears, release the Home button.
5. iTunes should alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then click Restore to restore the device.
Note: You need to be patient and repeat the above many times to recover your iPad. Data will be lost. -

Speaker make No sound in music player
Volume slider is not functioning at all , it's grey
Ringtones works fine.
I have apple tv in my local network so in ios 7 music player i switched to play through airplay
And back to iphone - no sound
Also tried another music player same **** - plays no sound
