Just updated to Photoshop Elements 12 and am unable to send photo via Adobe email.service. I am unable to get a verification code via email to be able to continue the email transmission.

How do I get a verification code which I need to send photo via email from Photoshop Elements 12? Instructions say that I'm to receive verification code via email but none arrived.

Verification code for two-step verification? If so, you can register a new new number to receive the code via text message by going to https://appleid.apple.com/account/home and click on "Manage Your Apple ID" and then on "Password and Security" and then "Add or Remove Trusted Devices." You will need a verification code in order to log in so if you currently only have one and it is no longer available you will need to use your Recovery Key. Just dowloaded new iphoto 11 and found out all my photos are gone. I really need help to get them back!!!

I just downloaded today the new iphoto and after installing it i discovered i lost all my photos. this is the first time i have ever had problems with my mac and i am not sure what to do. I have been an apple customer for a very long time and it's hard to believe that they would do such a thing where you lose all your photos. i am very dissapointed but i hope there is a way i can recover my photos from the old iphoto. i have not deleted any pictures and unfortunately have not backed them up on an external hard drive. please tell me there is a way i can recover my photos. they were very VERY special to me and my family.

Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

Unable to use Organiser in both Photoshop Elements and Premier Elements

I am unable to use Organizer in both Photoshop Elements and Premier Elements. An error message appears, "The catalog could not be opened. An internal program error occurred."
I have tried to repair the catalog, starting a new catalog, and reinstalled both programs, but the error persists.
I am using Elements and Premier Elements V12 on Windows 8.1.
Any help to get me going again would be appreciated.

Thanks for the suggestion, but it didn't make any difference.
However, by trail and error I have found a 99% solution.
Right Click the Elements icon on Desktop.
Select Troubleshoot Compatibility.
Select Troubleshoot Program
Select a problem option (I used Other)
Select Windows Version (Windows 8 for me)
Select Test the Program
If it works, which it did in my case, Save the settings.
This seems to have resolved my problem, with the exception that I now get an extra screen when opening Elements to allow the program to make changes to my computer. I can live with that.
When I get time I will check whether there are any Adobe or Windows updates that will make this step unnecessary.
I hope this will help other people with the same problem.

The second issue is when I try to select "Manually Manage Music"
The iPhone "My iPhone" is synced with another iTunes libary on "MY-PC". Do you want to erase this iPhone and sync with this iTunes library? An iPhone can be synced with only one iTunes library at a time. Erasing and syncing replaces the contents of this iPhone with the contents of this iTunes library."
So... I don't want to do that, but I do what to be able to Manage my music. I'm not sure what it means by being synced to another iTunes unless it means to an older version of itunes?
Anyone have any ideas?

I cannot address the sync services error right now, but the error that you receive when you change from sync to manually manage music is what happens when you change. Once you change to manually manage music, it erases all of the music and will only put the music that you want on the phone, content that you manually drag over to it. I do I move them from iPhoto to the new storage location? How do I call them up in organizer? And how do I call them up to Edit? I do not want to store any pictures on my Apple Mac laptop. Yes you can store images on an external hard dive and have them referenced in Organizer. It’s best to export copies to separate folders/subfolders and that will ensure iPhoto does not get corrupted.
Alternatively you could continue to use iPhoto with the Elements Editor set up in the iPhoto prefs as your external editing app. Then there is no need to use Organizer and no need to duplicate your images.
You can then call up photos directly from iPhoto as normal with the additional option e.g.
Double-click on a thumbnail to edit in iPhoto editor.
Control (right) - click on a thumbnail to edit in the elements app.

The D810 requires Camera Raw 8.6 or later - the latest version that is compatible with Photoshop Elements 12 is Camera Raw 8.5 as far as I can see.
You need to either buy a new version of Photoshop Elements or use the free Adobe DNG converter.

Go back to the editor and close the photo there.

Not always a native english speaker (The Chat Agent) and a small amount of lingual misunderstandings here and there but all in all,
