Just upgraded all my apps are gone, all my game saves

I just upgraded to 5.0 like a moron and now all my apps, games, game saves, photo folder is missing, kindle, everything. If i dont get my data back im never spending another sent on a app again. Is the data on my desktop? Am i supposed to download each app individually agreeing to terms n conditions 1000 times losing all saved game data?

On Windows Vista they should be under :
C:\Users\username\Music\iTunes\
There should be a directory called Mobile Applications underneath it (not sure on Vista whether it's directly off the above directory or whether there is a folder called iTunes Music in between). If you've authorised your iTunes account (Store > Authorise This Computer) then you should be able to add the Mobile Applications folder via File > Add Folder To Library.
Alternatively if the apps are still available in the store (and you use the same iTunes account as you originally used to buy/download them) then you can re-download them for free : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519

However, if the apps and the music were not in your iTunes library they would be erased from the iPod as part of the update and would not be readded to the iPod since music and the apps themselves are not part of the backup but are synced to the iPod.

Empty/corrupt library after upgrade/crash
Hopefully it's not been too long since you last upgraded iTunes, in fact if you get an empty/incomplete library immediately after upgrading then with the following steps you shouldn't lose a thing or need to do any further housekeeping. In the Previous iTunes Libraries folder should be a number of dated iTunes Library files. Take the most recent of these and copy it into the iTunes folder. Rename iTunes Library.itl as iTunes Library (Corrupt).itl and then rename the restored file as iTunes Library.itl. Start iTunes. Should all be good, bar any recent additions to or deletions from your library.
See iTunes Folder Watch for a tool to catch up with any changes since the backup file was created.
When you get it all working make a backup!

If you have failed to make sure that any apps purchased on the iphone were transferred to your computer before updating, then you will have to redownload.
Open itunes store, click Purchased, under Quick Links.

All your apps should be in your itunes media library, so sync your phone to itunes.
Only the app data is part of the backup, not the apps itself.

I Updated my phone to ios7, and all of my apps are gone except for the first page. I went to the apps store to my purchases. It will let me open the apps, but when I close it the icon will not appear on the screen. I had 3 pages of apps, and now I'm down to 1 page. Can anyone please help me to get them back.

Same as you would if you bought a pc; copy everything from your old computer to your new one. Then you can just sync everything from the new computer, as you did with the old one.

All of my apps are gone, and I'm having trouble with iCloud

Let me preface this by saying that Apple made me change my password a few days ago, before I downloaded the new IoS software. So I synced my music, videos and apps to my PC this afternoon before downloading the new software. I downloaded the software, and now my apps are missing from my iPad AND my PC, even after I synced them. To make things even more confusing, when I entered my new password, it said it was invalid. I entered my old one, and it worked. No apps there. And I tried verifying my Apple ID, I clicked the link and filled out the info, and it said there was already a user with my e-mail. I'm trying to re-access it, and it says it still hasn't been verified on my iPad. What do I do?

That's because your son's ID was used to make the purchases. ALL purchases are permanently associated with whatever Apple ID was used to originally obtain them. Apps can not be updated without knowledge of that ID and, more importantly, its password. Apple IDs can not be merged and purchases can not be transferred from one ID to another.

Restore. Everything is restored except the password. Note that a Restore can take quite a while. Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. Yes I updated via wifi. And no...everything seemed to work fine. But I alsa had a problem with my photos..mostly on my iPhone. I had like 900 or so photos saved on my photo stream..and I used that to hold all my photos, rightt? CUZ I could delete pics from my camera roll but they'd still be on my photo stream Well now after I updated. THEY ARE ALL GONE. And I'm really sad. I don't know how to get those pics Back.

Crash during sync, now all my apps are gone.

My laptop and iphone crashed during a sync. Laptop would lock up as soon as the phone was plugged in, and the phone started random reboots and freezes.
I reinstalled WinXP and itunes on the laptop, but still could not sync. The phone would come up "sync in progress", but then nothing happened. Left it sit overnight, and sync still would never complete.
Restored the phone to factory settings, and now everything seems fine. Only problem is that all of my downloaded apps are gone. I can see the history where I purchased them in the itunes store but they are not in itunes. If I try to reload them it wants me to pay for them again. Is there any way to recover previously purchased apps?

You can re-download purchased apps for free. Click on buy, click yes to I want to purchase, another popup will appear, you have already purchased, do you want to re-download, click yes.

You can get iTunes purchases back by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
For other items you need to get them from whee yuo got them the first time.
The iPod backup that iTunes makes does not include synced mediai like apps and music. If those ore not in the iTunes library on the computer on which you performed the update they are lost.
