Looks like a couple scripts are missing:
If you republish the entire site iWeb should recreate these for you...

Unless you transfer the files from Setup Assistant, Migration Assistant creates a new user with the data.
To transfer the files to your first user, you have to log on this new user, and copy all your files to /Users/Shard folder. This is a folder where you can put the files you want to share between two or more users, and all users can read and write in it.
After copying the files, go to your first user, open /Users/Shared folder, and copy the files to your user folders. If you migrated applications, you must know that they are stored in a common folder (/Applications), so you don't have to transfer them. To open /Users/Shared folder, open Go menu (in the menu bar) > Go to Folder, and type the folder

For the slowness:
Try:

Just upgraded to LR2. I love the new features but LR constantly crashes

Help please. I just upgraded from 1.4 to 2.4. I think the new features are superb but all too frequently while I am in the Develop Module, LR freezes and the only thing I can do is torce it to close from Task Manager. What should I check? I never had a single system crash with LR 1.x.

BTW: if using nVidia card you may find that switching performance modes helps. Unfortunately, I can't recall how or to what, but one the least obvious modes.

Where are you looking for Siri voice selection? It should be in Settings/General/Siri. You must also choose a language that has a choice of voices. US English and Canadian English do, UK and Australian do not.
What do you see in Settings/Wallpapers & Brightness? You need to tap one of the 2 images to see the selections available.
As I said, it is impossible that the installation is incomplete; you just aren't finding the new features. If you want to reinstall anyway, upgrade iTunes on your computer to 11.1, then connect the phone using a USB cable directly to the computer (not a hub), click on the iPhone's name in iTunes, then click the Restore iPhone button.

I've "repaired" the inbox folder and checked the firewall settings. Connection to POP server is fast. Downloads for the last week or so (prior to upgrade) have been VERY slow...

Segmentation Wizard seems to have a glitch when updating the result set

has anyone noticed some inconsistency when you create a new segment, retrieve the results then you manually go and remove some of them then upload them to a planned campaign.
i queried for all contacts for a company and it resulted in 100 contacts, i manually reduced the list to 29 (i am included in the list) as there is no way to use the filter to get these 20. i upload them to my planned campaign. i schedule the campaign to go out at noon. I receive the campaign email. i open the email. I have one person who replied to the campaign email (to me). The next day, i gather the results and only 4 people shows that they did a MESSAGE OPEN. and i am not one of them nor the person who forwarded his email to me.
I am baffled. This has happened to me a lot when using the segmentation wizard tool. I wonder now how accurate the responses are?

thanks for the reply. i think its an unacceptable explanation (from Oracle) though that a recipient gets the email, can see and read the email but since he did not click on the CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD PICTURES, it does not get registered. It seems like an application restriction more than a logical reason cause logically if person gets the email and is able to read the email, it should be considered as MESSAGE OPENED, otherwise it should be RECIPIENT CLICK ON DOWNLOAD :)
for a marketing company where you are tracking how many people were able to view your email, this count is very important and since a lot of people are now using view panes in their outlook and dont click on the CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD PICTURES especially if the email just has text in them and no apparent pictures, the MESSAGE VIEWED count is very unreliable.
i sent an email to 20 people in my company and i know that they all opened and saw them but the status shows only 40% viewed so the numbers are really undependable.

How to shuffle playlists BEFORE syncing with your device? The new software doesn't seem to have that feature...

Does anyone know how to shuffle a playlist BEFORE you sync the iPod with iTunes? With the new software, I don't think iTunes has the option anymore.

The devices that are listed are: 2 under the name of the device that synced incorrectly with mine and then 3 others that are not associated with my itouch. The name of the ipod, before the incorrect sycning is no longer under devices. It has been replaced with the incorrect one because I can see the serial # of my ipod under the wrong name.
The playlists that are in my itunes library are from an ipod that I used a few times before I took this one over... Which happens to be the ipod that took on the ID of my itouch.
Both of these ipods used to be my kids.. I used my sons a few times and then switched to my daughters. They each had their names attachted to their particular devices and now it just says my sons, which is the ipod that itunes was connecting to when all this happened. The really strange thing is my son doesnt use his ipod any longer and now uses his phone for music...So, it had been a while since that particular device was even synced to itunes!

HT4889 I am using migration assistant from my old macbook pro to my new imac, but it seems to have stuck about 1/3 of the way through. Any suggestions??

Both are on the latest version of MacOS (made sure I had them completely up to date before starting).

Disconnect and connect your Ethernet cable. If the migration doesn't continue, restart both Macs and start the transfer again. Wi-Fi and Ethernet are slow so I don't recommend you to use it unless it's the only option you have

I bought my wife a new MacBook Pro, in setting it up for her, I took her Time Machine external drive to migrate onto the new machine but her old MBP not only was on 10.6, it was my old machine which I was still Administrator for.
i plugged in the external drive to start the migration process after entering her name and username from the old machine which gave me the options on transferring the old data over.
I also unchecked the Administrative end that had my info hoping that ONLY her data, files, etc., would be the ones sent over to her new machine which I wanted her to be the ONLY Administrator for. All went like clockwork until the restart.
Normally the screen should show the username and only need the password but both entries were blank, as in ‘Other’ sign in option available only. I entered her name and password, nothing….used her username and password, nothing. Used my old Administrator name and password, NOTHING!
I tried defaulting to factory settings from the Restore feature but it directs me to notify Apple. I tried in Terminal to change the password, nothing. I tried to boot from MY external drive and it doesn’t recognize it. I tried to even use my external drive which actually has the Mavericks upgrade, nothing!
Basically I can only get the startup screen which isn’t accepting the username/password or the Restore feature which doesn’t offer any options helpful!
Please, how do I start from scratch and start over here? Or simply change the Administrator name and password so I can proceed with everything thats already on there? I wish I could even boot from another drive but no luck on anything!

First, on the old machine, make your wife's account an admin one. Log into it and delete yours. Then, update the TM backup. Finally, use Internet recovery mode, ⌘⌥R, erase the HD, and restore the OS. One first boot, follow the steps outlined in Pondini's Setup New Mac guide.
