Just upgraded to Firefox 4 Beta 11 and Sync no longer works

Question

tested on Windows XP SP3.
After updating to Beta 11 Sync stopped working. Tried to reset account and now the Sync does nothing when I try and either Create a new account or Connect to existing account

Security Devices is not listed in my options menu.
I took a look at my aboug:sync-log and I got the following after hitting the Sync Now button:
