Just upgraded to version 11 but WHY does every new version get slower and slower!!

Its way to slow to browse the store! I really hate Itunes, can you download from the store using an alternative software?
If not is there a better alternative to this rubbish? I cant be doing with spending ages with the software hanging and hanging while I try to browse the store.

Is it the built in keyboard or a bluetooth keyboard? If the restet don't work try to reset all settings from settings > general > reset if its the built in keyboard. If bluetooth keyboard, unpair the device from the settings> Bluetooth> and restore the network settings from settings > general > reset and then re-pair the keyboard and iPad.

Grab SyncToy 2.1, a free tool from MS. This can be used to copy your entire iTunes library (& other important data folders) onto another hard drive or network share. You can then use SyncToy periodically to synchronise or echo your library to the backup. A preview will show which files need to be updated giving you a chance to spot unexpected changes and during the run only the new or updated files will be copied saving lots of time.
If your media is all organised below the main iTunes folder then you should also be able to open the backup library on any system running the same version of iTunes, regardless of the drive letter or path it appears on.

That is unfortunately a bug only in Firefox 5 and will be fixed in Firefox 6 (Aug).

Every time something gets downloaded I loose something else or it makes unwanted changes with other things that were working fine but now are not. I am just a regular user with a PC and I am seeing techs do not know much about how to fix stuff either, they just keep playing with buttons until something happens hopefully for the better. It took me 2 days and several hours to figure out how to set up the Firefox download and now it suddenly recreated itself to a whole new look and I have to start all over again to fix it. Firefox works so much faster than my Internet Explorer but the Explorer is more user friendly and so much more simple to use. In the middle of all this my Windows Media Player did some kind of upgrade and now my Library looks like an Alien rewrote it to suit themselves. Push the wrong button and bye bye all my favorite stuff or it is rearranged and all separated out, lots of my stuff is mp3 seminars, not music and those are not even recognizable by the new downloads. Why is every new download more INVASIVE than the last. How about some basic standards & share? And look at what is in the box just below this one!!! What does that even mean? And No I do not want you to AUTOMATICALLY add anything/what and then open this & click on Allow /Install???? What will that interfere with? You need ordinary people users to be working with you to see if they can figure out what you are talking about? I used to love using my computer, too many changes one one top of the other is getting very annoying and expensive to fix. Keep it SIMPLE. Not everyone is a computer Nerd. I have had a similar problem with my system. I just recently (within a week of this post) built a brand new desktop. I installed Windows 7 64-bit Home and had a clean install, no problems. Using IE downloaded an anti-virus program, and then, because it was the latest version, downloaded and installed Firefox 4.0. As I began to search the internet for other programs to install after about maybe 10-15 minutes my computer crashes. Blank screen (yet monitor was still receiving a signal from computer) and completely frozen (couldn't even change the caps and num lock on keyboard). I thought I perhaps forgot to reboot after an update so I did a manual reboot and it started up fine.
When ever I got on the internet (still using firefox) it would crash after anywhere between 5-15 minutes. Since I've had good experience with FF in the past I thought it must be either the drivers or a hardware problem. So in-between crashes I updated all the drivers. Still had the same problem. Took the computer to a friend who knows more about computers than I do, made sure all the drivers were updated, same problem. We thought that it might be a hardware problem (bad video card, chipset, overheating issues, etc.), but after my friend played around with my computer for a day he found that when he didn't start FF at all it worked fine, even after watching a movie, or going through a playlist on Youtube.
At the time of this posting I'm going to try to uninstall FF 4.0 and download and install FF 3.6.16 which is currently on my laptop and works like a dream. Hopefully that will do the trick, because I love using FF and would hate to have to switch to another browser. Hopefully Mozilla will work out the kinks with FF 4 so I can continue to use it.
I apologize for the lengthy post. Any feedback would be appreciated, but is not necessary. I will try and post back after I try FF 3.16.6.

You can certainly "downgrade" to 10, but is the "lag" when it first opens?
Is there a "waiting" icon in the right side panel?
My Windows 7 machine hung at launch like that the first few times I opened Reader.
The solution was to wait till it fully opened, and then I clicked "Tools" to close the right panel. Opened a document, closed the document, and closed Readcer, From then on, when I open Reader, the right panel is closed by default and it opens right away.

Why does a new window show up and then go to the background

I'm beginning to thing that firefox is teasing me. Many times I will open a new window and for a second the content I want to see will display, then the new window will just DISAPPEAR and my first window will be displayed. I have to un-bacikground the new window. It's both time-consuming and extremely aggravating.

That does not sound right. I recommend rebuilding your VI. Beore you do, open the top level VI and press contol-shift-run arrow to perform a manual binary recompile. This makes LabVIEW recompile the whole code. Most times you will not see anything happen but occasionally an error will surface. Be sure to save the VI then rebuild it.
You may also need to reinstall the LabVIEW run time engine and/or LabVIEW. I would start with the run time engine first.

Why does the new version of iTunes cause my CPU to spike?

I've downloaded the newest version of iTunes (and even reinstalled it, to be sure). [Version 10.7.0.21].
When it is idle, or at least, when it is supposed to be idle, it causes my CPUs to run up quite a load. Up to 27% from 4%. This appears to be centered on the program AppleMobileDeviceService.exe, which accounts for about 25% of my overall processor load.
The processors cool off and quiet down as soon as I end that task.
Is this a known bug in the new app, or is this just me?

I just found out from another post on how you can fix the issue. Open QuickTime Player on your computer and go to Edit >> Preferences >> QuickTime Preferences. Once your in QuickTime Preferences, click on the "Advanced" tab then uncheck the box that says "Enable Direct3D video acceleration". I tried this and it seemed to solve my problem. Hope it works for you!
