[K3 Note] cant access google play store and browser

sir i bought new lenova k3 note 8 days before, i have facing problem with browsing and also i cant access any google related apps , sign in  problem! pls help me to resolve this.one more thing the mobile got over heat when browsing

For me, whenever I try to open Google play, it says server error. But I can open it in other android phones. I didn't have this problem before but started facing this. Kindly resolve this, Lenovo manufacturer.

    Did a recovery of Windpad Enjoy 10 and after few days Google Play cant be access. It says "No connection" then below "Retry" button, where clicking it doesn't make any difference. I can access internet fine via the browser.

    Google Play Store is for Android devices. Windows phones are a different OS.

    I have an Xperia E1 D2005, running kit-kat 4.4.2,   20.1.A.2.19 version, and few days ago I have encountered a strange issue, whenever I try to access Google Play Store app using 3G, it display a waiting sign until the connection timed out errors occurs. However if I use WIFI connection it will connect normally, and other Google services like youtube hangouts) worked fine.
    I have trying severals methods to fix it:
    - Check the date and time.
    - Clear cache and data for Play Store Google Play Services Google Framework).
    - Change or relogin Google acount.
    - Uninstall Goggle Play Store update.
    - Check my APN parametre (proxy/port, not set).
    I tried even to repair my phone with sony PC companion, but the problem persists. I only half-solved the problem by using a VPN app (SuperVPN) that allows me to connect normally to the play store
    So any ideas how to fix this  problem?

    I bought Nokia X before 1 month. Whenever i am downloading any app from 1mobile store its showing google play has stoped working...
    And also i thnk after 5 min mobile shows a pop up message "google play store has stopped working"

    1mobilestore does not require the phone to be certified by Google so you can access and download files there.
    It would appear WhatsApp decided not to support the Nokia X phones for some reason, if you need more information I suggest contacting them HERE.

    Make sure ip name-server, ip domain-name and ip domain lookup are configured on the controller.

  • Browser, play store and google account disappeared!

    I just got my Z1 back from service. The mic didn't work, so for some reason they just changed the whole motherboard. The mic seems to be working great now, But another problem has ocurred. When the phone started up after a factory reset I was not able to sync my google account (no error message, nothing just happened when pressing the google account button), but facebook was no problem. When it started up i noticed that I had no browser, so I went to find play store to download one. There was no play store either.
    Apparently all the google asociated files is not in the memory, so they're not able to be installed. Since I have no play store, no browser and no file manager to find the sd-card, there is no way for me to get any programs into my phone. Also it does not show up when connected to a computer.
    What can I do to fix this sticky situation, hopefully without sending it back inn.

    Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.
    I am sorry to hear about the issues, I suggest performing a Factory Data Reset, as the software may not have been installed correctly.
    However before attempting this task, I suggest trying the following,
    Menu > Settings > Apps > All > Scroll down to the bottom > if you see the apps at the bottom click on them and enable them.
    Then check the handset for the apps.
    Factory Data Reset
    Menu > Settings > Backup & reset > Factory Data Reset.
    Remember to backup any information you may have entered all ready.

    I had the exact same problem yesterday when i tried to get some music from the store. The same messages appeared on my screen. I just waited for an hour or so and logged on again with no problem. I was able to download music normally. Perhaps there was a momentary glitch at the iTunes store at that time.
    You might try to log on again and see what happens.

    The Nokia Asha 230 does not run Android as operating system, therefore, the Google Play Store does not work. The operating system of your phone relies on a video streaming protocol called RTSP. Dailymotion does not support that anymore. I cannot comment about your Facebook issue. Perhaps someelse can.

  • I can not access my iTunes  store and why

    I can confirm this.
    Was having issues with my iTunes and iTunes Match last night, which in the end seemed to boil down to my ISP throttling my iTunes ports that were being used for uploading. Somewhat resolved this by throttling the ports my self down to 100kbs.
    Anyways, got on tonight to mess around with it and to see if I could find a better solution than throttling... Attempted to download some of my purchased songs and was unable, the download would stall before it even began. Tried to do the basic trouble shooting of restarting my modem router and computer, no dice. Stepped it up to trying to sign out of the iTunes store and then log back in. Well, now I cannot log, iTunes gets stuck on "Accessing iTunes Store".
    This is a real bummer.
    I did try a number of steps including (after backing up important files!) deleting all my iTunes pref files, as well as the By Host iTunes files (later restored after they did not fix issue), then I monkied with my router some along with network settings (mostly playing with ports and DNS settings). Still no luck. I even tried reinstalling iTunes with no success.
    I guess its reassuring that others are experiencing the same issue I am... On the same network I am able to access the iTunes store and iTunes Match without problems on other devices (iPad and iPhone) besides my new machine. I have taken advanced steps to try and fix it on my end, and am now feeling that this is something goofed on Apple's end.
    *Edit: Opps, just noticed I had wandered into the iPad community. Hah, have a bunch of tabs open trying to figure out what is wrong. So... Yah, appears to be happing across multiple devices and at random. Not sure why computer isn't working, but my iPhone is just fine.

    Probably either never, or not for a very long time. Firefox for mobile requires an ARMv7 processor, your phone has a v6. While the development team is considering supporting ARMv6, it is in the beginning stages, and may not happen, or at least not for a long time.

    Samsung Galaxy Ace GT-S5830/GT-S5358 is what is shown on the article. You are saying yours is "S5830i". There is an "i" at the end of the model which may be the restriction.
