K7N2G-L screen and audio

Question

My screen keeps adjusting it's size, sometimes just a couple of mm sometimes almost a full cm, this is real annoying when playing games. This appears like 5-10 times a minute ?( .  My audio get's these interference just as if I'm listening to radio and someone walks past it. This is only when starting up, for instance gamespy and not all the time.
I can live with the audio but the screen prob is not nice :(
System : AMD Athlon 1600+, 512 MB DDR, 120 GB HD's,
               Liteon 32/12/40 CD-RW, 350W PS
               if I remember correctly, 3Com 905C-TX,
               Win2000 SP2.
