K7T266PRO2 Ver. 2.0... wont keep 133mhz for XP2100.. HELP!

It will post as a XP 1500+ .. ill change the cpu bus speed to 133 and every now and then i can get it to post as a XP 2100+ but after a reboot it goes right back. I was thinking maybe memory but Ive ran this PC2100 on another system at 133 and had no problems. I noticed that this is the highest CPU supported by this board on the CPU support page. But on the bios flash page i notice that support for the XP2000+ is the last cpu support update. Anyone running an XP 2100+ on thiers? Any advice would be a big help.

It is possible to use this MOBO with an XP2100+.
Ive got mine running nice and stable
It is a 2 stage job.
Unfortunately i have deleted the readme file i had and also the BIOS update.
It involves removing a capacitor off the motherboard and flashing the BIOS.
At the time the MOBO was produced, the fastest CPU was the XP2000+, so there was no need to make the MOBO any faster.
If I can remember where i got the info from, I will post links for you.

7. From the Volume Format menu, choose Mac OS Extended (Journaled).
8. Enter a name for the external hard drive in the Name field.

My i touch wont let me in the itunes store. Keeps asking for my password.

I have a few issues going on...... My i touch is a few years old. The battery wont hold a charge, I can not plug it directly into the computer... not a strong enough charge.
I havent used it in about a year now. I found it this week, tried to use it...every thing works fine..... emails, home security alarm, games,photos, music.All good. Even did updates on apps. But i can not purchase any thing or get into the app store at all. I know my password is correct cause I tried an old one just to check. Different message came up ...wrong password. It will not let me do any settings stuff or make any changes. I have tried every thing I can think of. Ive worked on this thing for 2 days now.
It does not give any error message ...Just keeps asking for my itunes password over and over and over again.

Songs wont play. keeps asking for authorisation.

Have windows Vista. Recently purchased Alt J album from itunes store. Three of the tracks wont play. It keeps asking for authorisation when trying to play them. Have deauthorised and reauthorised a number of times and they still wont play. I have turned off the UAC in Vista. Still wont play. I deleted the SC info folder. Still wont play. Have the latest version of itunes now too and still not playing. Any ideas would be appreciated?

Contact Apple Support or an Apple Store if you have one near you. Your battery needs to run through the diagnostic test. You can also try to put the device into Recovery mode as well and rsetore the iOS software, and set up the device as new. Follow this article on Recovery Mode:

Vista Service Pack 1 wont install. Update keeps asking for it.

Installed Service Pack 1 with Windows Update. Update History says it was successful but it is not in the Installed Updates and Windows keeps asking for SP1 over and over. Vista SP3 is there.
I have tried to install it directly, I closed all security programs and fire wall. I looked to see if there is any missing updates. I've restarted the computer. I have followed all the instructions on the support site.

To be honest I never had any problems with my Vista updates
The Vista updates automatically every time when Im online and when new updates are available
How did you try to update the Vista OS?
Did you download the SP1 firstly to HDD or did you run an automatic update?
If the automatic update does not work try to download the SP1 firstly and then start the update procedure:

My time capsule just keeps looking for a backup disk

I am having problems with my Time Capsule. I try to back up my mac book pro onto my time capsule and it just states "looking for back up disk" and wont go past that. It still works as a shared folder to store files, however it never comepltes a back up. It had been working fine then all of a sudden stopped. I have tried everything. I reformated it back to the factory settings and set it up again. I didn't lose any of the files I had on it using it as a external hard drive. However it still wont back up. Any help would be great as I have tried multiple things. I am currently using moutain lion.

Do a full reset of TM..

Your reset did nothing to the TC drive.
Try a verify of the backup.. A5 in above reference.. And load the widget, A1 so you know what TM is doing.
If you continue to have issues.. ensure the TC has a short name, no spaces and pure alphanumeric.. See C9.. same reference again. Many people use names which are far too long.. it causes issues.
Sometimes mixing data and backups as you are doing has bad effects.. it is certainly not without issues.

Sometimes it does just bomb.. you do have to wipe the drive.. ie erase and start over. Clearly if you are loading data as well onto the TC.. wiping will require you first off load those files. Consider using a USB drive to keep data and backups separate.
