K8NGM-V Memory shows at 333, not 400

Question

My K8NGM-V, with athlon 64 3000, ati radeon x1550 PCI-E 512 ddr2, Kingston hyperX (2 sticks) 512mb 3200, LAtest bios on motherboard, with onboard video disabled.  Shows my memory to be "DRAM 333mhz" and not 400mhz.  Any idea how to fix this?  I dont know all the setting to properly configure the memory on the bios myself, but when i do put it to 200, it still boots as 333
Any help is appreciated!

Here are the posts - this may not mean anything, but i put in each stick seperately and they still run at 333mhz individually. Plus i have used this memory in the past with another msi (fsb-neo) board and it ran at 400mhz.
