You might try to see if you can change your security questions. Start here, change your country if necessary and go tomanage your account > Password and Security.
I'm able to do this, others say they need to input answers to their current security questions in order to make changes, I'm inclined to think its worth a try, you don't have anything to lose.
If that doesn't help you might try contacting Apple through Express Lane (select your country, navigate to iCloud help and enter the serial number of one of your devices)

If you delete a mail account all is gone. If your mail account was an IMAP account, then all your mail may still be on the server unless you deleted the mail from the server. If the account was a POP account then your pretty much out of luck.
Your best recourse is to contact your email account ISP and see if they can restore the most recent backup of your account. You may not recover all of your lost mail but you may be able to recover a substantial part of it.

I have 2 accounts on my iMac and deleted accidentally one of the accounts and its files. Since both accounts are backed up via time machine, can I recover the deleted account?
I tried to find it on time machine but with no success. Could someone help how to trace the deleted account on time machine?

In your admin account, go into the Accounts preference pane and recreate the account, if you deleted it from the list. If you didn't delete it, do so now and then create it again. That will create a new home folder for the user. Then log in as that user and restore the files.

I have a OSX Mavericks Server 3.1.2 that has developed issues than only a clean install will resolve. I have a large number of user accounts and email data that needs to be reinstated after the the clean install and I am not sure if Migration from a backup is the best way to reover the user data. Someone p[lease tell me that I dont have to recreate all the user accounts and restore the email directories manually! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I got a problem, Before format my password was hacked by virus, my email is deleted because of ~2 years absence. Thats why I had to login with facebook, but I totally forgot about it and I deleted my facebook account, additionally I set my first and second name like "ayifgvas" of course I don't know exactly. Is there any possibility to recover my account? Actually I got only nickname, and few friends's nicknames who can confirm my identify. Please help, I had this account for ~5-6 years and i had some important contacts.

Skype does not permit jump-starting an account using the same name. If you can prove via other details that you are the "owner" of the account, you may be able to recover access to the account even if the e-mail address is no longer valid.

Please note. You may find two accounts for that email because earlier today, in an effort to retrieve the account, I thought that by recreating the account, just a couple of days after that it would prompt me to let me know I recently had an account in that name (since I could not find an answer in the forum, I was grasping at straws).
So the [email protected] account that I deleted a couple of days ago had been in use since about May of 2012. She is in college and was using this email for personal and was receiving and sending important class work from that address. I hope we can recover it.
