KE30 change profitability report.

Hi Friends,
I need to change KE30 report, there is one item showing negative value instead od positive value and also total is wrong.
I want to correct this report, i go to ke32 to change to report to change but i canot find there. Please help me detailed steps to correct this report.

Your report most likely uses a form. In KE32 right-click-->display. In the top right it tells you which form is used. Go to KE35 and edit the form as needed.

Hi SAP Experts
Currently run an SAP report, KE30 in which I get information by month. Unfortunately, the way the report is now, the output does not display which month the results are for. Hence, if I have multiple sessions open and the results come upu2026I have no idea what month the results are for.
Can someone put the month/date information on the results page?
exampleu2026today, January 15, I am running a report for November 2008 and December 2008. Can the results show which month is which?

I reckon Header is only for the Short description which we want to give to that report.
To have the month displayed in both the Report layout and in the selection screen you should choose global variable or create a global variable of yours own. Then select that global variable in the selection parameters and also in the Form. So the Form Global variable will be part of your Report layout and the Selection global variable will be part of your selection screen .
If your are not using form then Selection Characteritics you can choose the global variable.

the senario is like this:
the functional consultant has developed a drill down report(profitability report) in the T-Code KE30.
he has already included the field 'sales qty'...but in the report its coming as billed Qty which is in bags and drums...but the requirement is that it should come in net weight qty which is in KG s...i am not using any UserExit...anyway i can change the report using reportpainter and include this Sales qty in base unit instead of billed qty...

CO Profitability report day wise

Hi Gurus,
My client wants to see the Profitability report at company code level day wise, Sale order and Product, is it possible.
If its possible, then how the data will flow day wise and what are the pre-requisits to get this done.
Does SAP has any standard report to get the required.
Day wise i mean, if i take the COPA report on 2nd Feb, it should display only the amounts which were posted on 2nd Feb and activites confirmed etc.

Can you tell me what is Line item report, and how is it different from KE30 summarised report.
What i understand from your saying is, Line item report will give us the particular dates information when the report is executed, leaving out the info till previous date.
Even if the line item report is created, can u tell me how the data will flow into it. Because we have Sale order cost estimate for the client. If i create a seperate value field for the cost component then it will give me the Sale order cost estimate info which is again standard. How is it possible to get actual data.
What about the other cost centers amount. How this data is passed onto it.
If i have to get this data into the reports then each day I should do Assessment cycles, settlements of the order and reverse the same the next day. But even if i do that i wont be able to get the day wise report as the data will get posted on month end date and again will be summarized one.
Pls clarify me on this. My clients expectation is to bring out the daily report to see the progress of each day and wats the cost he is incurring so that he can compare it with sterdays and also the plan data.

Product wise Profitability Report

Hello,
Currently we are using F.01 for profitability report.
However, the report for profitablility as available here is on Business Area wise.
We need the same kind of report but Product wise profitability.
Is there any standard report available for the requirement ?
Currently we are extracting data from MB5B and KE5Z and preparing the report manually in excel.

If you have COPA implemented - Create a "report form" from KE34 and report from KE31 and execute from KE30
If you dont have COPA, then what you are doing is the only solution.. At best, you can create an ABAP report to extract the data you are manually extracting as of now

Customer Profitability Report

Hi All,
Through KE32 transacode -> I am executing the report PA0015 (Customer Profitability Report), but the report is getting terminated with the message -" No further processing (contact your system administrator) ". Can any one let me know why i am getting this error. We have recently upgraded to ECC6. In earlier version it was working fine.. but after upgrade we are getting this problem.

Change COPA Report - need to add Variable and Characteristics

Hello,
I need to change the existing COPA report, Need to add WBS element as a selection criteria and also a characteristics so it can be drilled down. Create WBS as a global variable in KE3E and it is not showing up in when i change the report in KE30 in the available list of characteristics. And also it is not showing up in KE35 when i change the general selection to add as a Variable.

Go to KE91 and create the report.
In KE91, the Characteristic Cost element (KSTAR) is available. Add it as below.
Cost Element .... Check the box Hierarchy node ...... check the box Variable on/off ...... KSTAR...... Cost element.
After this, just check in Variable, the Cost element shuold appear
Line item based reports are defined in KE91 (segment level reports in KE31).
Both types of reports can be started in KE30 and changed in KE32

Change the Report Title for XML Publisher, depending on the field value.

I want to change the Report Title as below.
if the field_A='B' then the report title as it is defined in report defination
else the report title is 'XXX"
Please let me know whether it is possible, if yes please guide me. how can we do it.

How to change a report in Manager's Desktop?

Hi all,
i want to change a report in the Manager's Desktop Compensation Management.
Report name: Cost Center

When i now run the report i can see the report, but with no selection screen. I only get a finished report with fixed selection parameters

How can i change this selection parameters?
In this example i want to change the "Cost Element Group" to an other value.
When i run this report outside of the Manager's Desktop with the transaction code "S_ALR_87013611" i get the selection screen needed and can change the parameters.

Hi Strobbel,
Execute your report via the transaction. Check the selection variants on that first selection screen. You will see the default one that came up for you and others that may have been created to default for Managers' Desktop. You can select the one that is appearing with the incorrect cost element group and change it to the correct one. Save the changed selection screen. We also have a transaction ZZBCVARIANT that can be used to change the selection screen variants.
Also, remember, the manager in Managers' Desktop may be limited due to authorizations to see data from only certain cost centers (his own).

Format change when report open in report expert

I am using report builder 6i and I create invoice report I have attached it with oracle ebs 11i and run it from
concurrent manager. Now I have to open my invoice report into report expert software.
when it opens into report experts, It change our report builder fonts and format both.
suppose if item are 1 then invoice total depens upon number of items. so invoice total position is changed
according to the number of items. If 1 items total move up and if more than 1 item total moves down.
In this way my invoice format become changed and total did not maintain in same position.

The Format is changed due to sizes of Repeating frames in the report layout as well as the fixed frames.
you can use the border color of the frames to design the report layout.
when your fixed frame is not in lined with the repeating frame objects and the anchor is not applied then the report output in PDF will not be disturbed
while in the Excel format it will be as per the no. of fixed frames/objects in the first line will come in first A1 column of the Excel file ans next in the second and so on...

Change log report S_AHR_61016380 not picking IT0025

KE 30 Profitability Report not picking cost of raw, packing and overheads

We are facing some problem in KE 30 report (profitability report). Cost of some sales orders are not appearing in profitability report and it shows 100% GP for that sales order. If any one knows the reason please let me know.

Unable to Change Main Report Page Orientation in Crystal 10

Hi,
My report has 8 sub reports and every sub report is placed in a report footer section. When I change the page orientation from portrait to landscape, no change in main report. but It does change the sub report paper orientation.
Is it because of the sub reports?

Thanks for the reply.
But I was changing whole report to landscape. When I select Default margins, Main report changed to Landscape, earlier adjust aumomatically option was selected in Page setup dialog.That solved my problem.

Question on changing the report template to display the images

I am trying to change the report template so that each table cell will display an image and a checkbox for the image. The column templatet for the new report template is like this:

My questions are:
1. If the #COLUMN_VALUE# is null, the table cell will display a broken image icon and a checkbox. How could I avoid this? I could add condition to this template, such as when #COLUMN_VALUE# is not null, but how to refer to the value of #COLUMN_VALUE# in pl/sql?
2. I want to always put the checkbox at the center bottom, but no matter what I set "align='center' valign='bottom', it is always close to the image. Since the image sizes are different, the appearance of the checkbox are just up and down. How to fix this?

at designtime the elements from the template are physically
imported into the report. the only way of re-applying a template
is to use the wizard, which will re-default the layout.

LMS 4.2 Change Audit Report

Hi,
The audit/compliance department at one of costumer wants to see the weekly config change audit report.
I have done many test with this feature and i found two problems:
1. The given report path is empty. Only the directories was made and there are not report files.
2. I can not send the report in attachment. How can i publish it automatically? Many reports have attachment option. It has not.
The immediately option is working but it does not make report. ( like .pdf )
How can i send audit change report autmatically to external costumer?

I did not config report path, i use the default path! ( i have tried another path setting also )
The screens show the following.
1, job info
2. job report view
If i use the immediatly options the report is good! Only the scheduled job does not make report!
