Keep getting redirected to Daesung in Korea

I used to live in Korea and had to use Skype's partner Daesung.
I no longer live in Korea, and I have updated my online information, but I can't
set up a payment system because I keep getting redirected to Daesung to do it.
How can I turn off Daesung and set up a payment system using a Canadian credit card?

• Keep getting redirected to a fake Adobe Flash Player site?

Every single time I open a link or even a new tab, I keep getting redirected to this page that tells me to update my Adobe Flash Player. It is a fake page. I accidentally downloaded it, not realizing what it was at first, and it put a bunch of crap on my computer, that I ended up having to do a system restore in order to get rid of everything.
What do I need to do, what can I do in order to keep this from happening? It's incredibly annoying. It doesn't appear to be an extension or anything of that sort. A redirect virus, maybe. But I don't know what to do to get rid of it.

Three posts and the unrelated fbi link, really Fred.

• I keep getting redirected to a different website.

I keep getting redirected to a different website namely, ww9.mitsubishiconfort.com. The websites I'm visiting are safe www.thecrashblossoms.co.uk and www.atpworldtour.com both redirect me. I use Safari and Firefox and the problem happens on both? I have tried reseting Safari, but to no avail. I have also emptied the Internet plug-in folder and it still happens. I don't have any virus protection on my mac, which might be a problem as well? If someone could please help me that would be great please because it's getting very annoying!

Please read this whole message before doing anything.
This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
The purpose of the test is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party software that loads automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, or by corruption of certain system caches.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards. Boot in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. Note: If FileVault is enabled on some models, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain iMacs. The next normal boot may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin. Test while in safe mode. Same problem? After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test.

• I keep getting redirected to other websites

I keep getting redirected to other (related) websites while using safari on my MacBook Air. Any suggestions? I'm guessing I have inadvertently downloaded something that I need to uninstall or delete.

Click here and follow the instructions, or if there’s a type of adware not covered by them on the computer, these ones. If you're willing to use a tool to remove it(you don't need to, but may find it easier), you can instead run Adware Medic; this link is a direct download.

• I keep getting redirects if I click on a link. If I click the same link with open in new tab or window it opens fine.

I get redirects always in current open page. If I click a link and say open in new tab or new window it does not redirect. I've noticed explorer is now advertising built in software to eliminate someone hijacking their browser. If I have to keep searching for tools to clean registry's and browser issues -- I may have to switch back to Explorer or Chrome. Lately my Firefox which I'm most used to is driving me nuts... Why can't you guys provide a tool that cleans the adware, hijacks, etc off the browser? I even downloaded the latest version and I'm still having the same problem-- seems the hijack to redirect remains......

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode|Safe Mode]] to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
*Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window or otherwise make changes.

Let's try a malware scan to see if we can knock out any redirecters you might have picked up.
Download and install the free version of Malwarebytes AntiMalware:
http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free
Update your MBAM definitions and then run a full scan of the PC. (Takes about 2 hours on my Lenovo.)
Does the scan find any infections? If so, please paste the contents of the log file for the scan in a reply here so we can have a look.

• I keep getting redirected when I search goole, how do I stop it?

I use Firefox to get on the net, Google is my home page. When I search for something on Google I get redirected to another search page. At the bottom it says redirecting Firefox.

Probably caused by search redirect malware.
Install, update, and run these programs in this order. • Fix - When I am in a website I keep getting redirected to a popup window or a generic home page

I will click on a link to take me to my desired webpage. I will be reading it and within a few minutes, then either a pop up to do surveys will appear or I immediately loose my page and have been redirected to the general homepage. I am generally happy with firefox. Also when opening a new window, how can I get it so that it is my homepage that shows and not the generic homepage? Thanks

Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.
You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:

* [http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/ MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware]

* [http://www.eset.com/us/online-scanner/ ESET Online Scanner]
[http://windows.microsoft.com/MSE Microsoft Security Essentials] is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.

• Suspending service does not work and I keep getting an error message (South Korea)

Hi, I am currently back at home at South Korea during the summer and I cannot seem to suspend my service.
I continue to get this error message saying that suspending service is not available at the time and that I should try again later.
I got this message over the past 10 days and I cannot seem to suspend my service.
Since I am in South Korea, customer service live chat does not even work.
Is there anyway possible I could suspend my line before I get into a new billing cycle?

• Keep getting redirected

I have a Mac mini OS X Mavericks 10.9.4 2GHz Intel Core i7 16GB 1600 MHz DDR3 . Infected with a trojan (conduit). Got ClamXav app. but still getting hijacked to Mac keeper and unable to stop pop-ups, having to force quit google at times. So bad at times that it takes 3 to 4 tries to get where I want to go.Does anyone have a solution please HELP ME..

You installed the "VSearch" trojan, perhaps under a different name. Remove it as follows.
Malware is constantly changing to get around the defenses against it. The instructions in this comment are valid as of now, as far as I know. They won't necessarily be valid in the future. Anyone finding this comment a few days or more after it was posted should look for more recent discussions or start a new one.
Back up all data before proceeding.
Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
/Library/LaunchAgents/com.vsearch.agent.plist
Right-click or control-click the line and select
Services ▹ Reveal in Finder (or just Reveal)
from the contextual menu.* A folder should open with an item named "com.vsearch.agent.plist" selected. Drag the selected item to the Trash. You may be prompted for your administrator login password.
Repeat with each of these lines:
/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.vsearch.daemon.plist
/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.vsearch.helper.plist
/Library/LaunchDaemons/Jack.plist
Restart the computer and empty the Trash. Then delete the following items in the same way:
/Library/Application Support/VSearch
/Library/PrivilegedHelperTools/Jack
/System/Library/Frameworks/VSearch.framework
~/Library/Internet Plug-Ins/ConduitNPAPIPlugin.plugin
Some of these items may be absent, in which case you'll get a message that the file can't be found. Skip that item and go on to the next one.
From the Safari menu bar, select
Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Extensions
Uninstall any extensions you don't know you need, including any that have the word "Spigot," "Trovi," or "Conduit" in the description. If in doubt, uninstall all extensions. Do the equivalent for the Firefox and Chrome browsers, if you use either of those.
Reset the home page and default search engine in all the browsers, if it was changed.
This trojan is distributed on illegal websites that traffic in pirated content. If you, or anyone else who uses the computer, visit such sites and follow prompts to install software, you can expect much worse to happen in the future.
You may be wondering why you didn't get a warning from Gatekeeper about installing software from an unknown developer, as you should have. The reason is that this Internet criminal has a codesigning certificate issued by Apple, which causes Gatekeeper to give the installer a pass. Apple could revoke the certificate, but as of this writing, has not done so, even though it's aware of the problem. This failure of oversight has compromised both Gatekeeper and the Developer ID program. You can't rely on Gatekeeper alone to protect you from harmful software.
*If you don't see the contextual menu item, copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. In the Finder, select
Go ▹ Go to Folder...
from the menu bar and paste into the box that opens by pressing command-V. You won't see what you pasted because a line break is included. Press return.

• When I open my free aol email account, I keep getting redirected to a new open tab ad for Verizon Fios. Is there a way to block this in Firefox?

I tried SuperAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes but they didn't solve the problem. AOL email is the only place I'm having this problem and it's constantly happening while I have that email open. It will open up the same new tab time after time. Screen shot jpg will not upload but it shows 3 tabs for "FiOS Custom TV" with the following address - http://campaign.verizon.com/customizetv/?CMP=BAC-CON_2015-Q2_MM-ACQ-MZ2ACQQuizP3a_0576
Help?

I access my aol email through www.aol.com. When I got to my emails, another tab was automatically opening by itself and I was redirected to that newly opened tab with the page that had the Verizon Fios promotion/ad. This happened automatically and repetitively while I was trying to check my emails. (Note the multiple Verizon tabs in the screenshot attached to this inquiry)
This happened over the last 2 days while in my free aol email account. I did notice a Verizon ad at the top of my email inbox while this was happening. I never did click on or otherwise access the Verizon ad but was constantly redirected to the new page/tab while viewing my emails. I went to my aol email just now to see if this was still occurring; there is a different ad in place of the Verizon ad and I am no longer being automatically redirected to another tab/page. Don't know why it was happening when the Verizon ad was there but it's not happening now since the Verizon ad has been replaced with another ad from a different company.
Any thoughts on this?
thank you
