Keep getting "unable to verify your Terms of Service" after almost a week
Been trying to activate Home Monitoring for almost a week now, keep getting the dreaded "unable to verify your Terms of Service" message. No one on any phone number I call can seem to help me. What's the issue here? I tried things others have suggested, no luck so far. Any suggestions or solutions to this problem?
Someone from the FiOS teams adjusted my account and fixed it. You can close or delete this. Thank you.

Boy sure what you are doing but the current iOS level is 7.1 not 7.0.4.

I'm trying to setup my msn email account. About a week ago, I stopped receiving emails. I deleted acct and tried to re-setup, but I keep getting "unable to verify acct. information". Any suggestions???
Is the exchange server run locally in the office or is it an outside provider?
If outside, is it Exchange from Google services or someone else?

I have had my shaw email on my phone forever without problem. updated to ios8 on thursday and today i cannot access it. Password is correct but kept asking for it and saying it was wrong. Deleted the account and tried re-adding it and now i get Exchange Account Unable to Verify account information. I also tried adding it as other and same message. I went to shaw's info page but they have not updated for ios8 yet.
Thanks for your reply. I use Sky email which is managed by google. I have now deleted the account and set it up again and that seems to be working now. I'm still having problems just getting the Internet connection to work. I won't be taking on any more software upgrades in future until I'm sure that they are worth it.

"iTunes was unable to verify your device" error
Hi,
I have a first generation iPad that has been working just fine. I decided to give it away, and so I wiped it and set about restoring it to factory defaults.... except, now I keep getting the error "iTunes was unable to verify your device. Please disconnect and reconnect your device. If the error persists, see your local Apple store for assistance." Well, the error is persisting despite disconnecting, reconnecting, attempting to restore several times, attempting to use DFU mode, no matter what I do, I get this error. I did see in a different forum, someone said this suggests the iPad was jailbroken or hacked in some way. So, just for clarity here - this iPad was never running anything except standard iOS. Anyone have any ideas?Apple's activation servers are down at the moment. Try again in a few hours (or even tomorrow).

Order has been canceled because we were unable to verify your information.
I tried ordering a Macbook Air yesterday several times, but it keeps saying "your order has been canceled because we were unable to verify your information." I used some egiftcards for some of the balance and credit card for the rest. I tried several different credit cards but this keeps happening, and it doesn't work to go into the store because they said they couldn't take my egiftcards there. I called customer service and they had no idea. They said the relevant team will do "an investigation" and call me back when it's complete, but who knows how long that will take. I'm getting ready to go to China to give my cousin the laptop and I got the gift cards just for this purchase. So if I don't get this sorted out soon, I'm stuck with over $900 in gift cards I'll never use. Can someone please help?!

"iTunes was unable to verify your device" after succesfully completing recovery mode on iPhone 4
I have an iPhone 4 which has never caused me any problems, until i updated to iOS7 it started lagging and battery didn't even last until midday (having it charged 100% in the morning!).
In just a few days it turned off automatically and wouldn't turn on. I googled and solved it by pushing the two buttons together for about 10 seconds. iPhone revived, and all the data was intact though many people states it would've been erased.
The morning after, using my iPhone more carefully not to have it crash again, it crashed. 10 seconds wouldn't do and I gave up, until the day after I found by surprise that the battery had run out and it finally showed some sign of not being completely dead!
I connected the cable to iTunes and pushed the Home button before connecting the iPhone and it entered Recovery mode. Recovery mode was completed and the iPhone had to restart to complete the process. While completing I get the error message "iTunes was unable to verify your device, please disconnect and reconnect your device". And from here I don't get anywhere, so I will probably visit Apple Store and ask what can be done, but if anyone has had the same problem please share any possible solution to this problem!I had to contact Apple Store and make an appointment. They tried the last step suggested (which I had already tried three times) and stated that the memory had failed. They said it probably failed due to having some small issue already on the phone and then updating to a new iOS.
They could only offer me an exact copy of my iPhone but new for 149€. -
I upgraded to IOS 7 and now I can't get my Hotmail account on my phone. When I type in all the information, I get "Unable to Verify Account Information". How do I get to use my Hotmail account using this software????
I have had the same problem as yours on my Ipad after upgraded Procreate 2.01. My iOS is 7.04. I tried to find solution from internet for weeks. Fortunately, the problem was resolved a few minutes ago. It is very simple,
1. Lunch outlook.com to confirm you can access hotmail mailbox. It means your account is Ok.
2. Go to setting>Mail,Contacts,Calendars.Delete your hotmail account from your device.(my device is Ipad)
3. Turn off your device, then turn on again.
4. Go to setting>Mail,Contacts,Calendars and create your hotmail account by tap outlook.com. Be sure the incoming mail server is pop3.live.com.
5. Waiting for validation.

I keep getting "Unable to connect" for my firefox. It was working yesterday and I turned my computer off. I can get to the web using internet explorer 9. I don't know why my firefox is not working. Everything else is working.
A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

i haven't done anything in console. i don't really
understand that part of computing.
Console is not something you do anything in, it records what is going , where it logs errors, crashes et.. and where troubleshooting can start from.
I mentioned Looking to see if you had errors logged.
i can access any other site just fine.
The problem, again is Not with Safari or other Browsers, if other sites are fine.
i could understand that it may be the site if i
wasn't able to connect to it from other sources. the
computer are surely online or i would not be posting.
1) I would not be able to know which computer you are posting from.
2) Again I can connect to the site and browse, does not mean there is not something wrong with it.My console produce errors as I have mentioned.

support. it seems that because i can access other
sites this is not an issue they will support. so,
That is is because the issue us NOT with Safari , rather your ISP, or your Network Settings.
that means that my problem as well as all similar
problems on this board will not get the attention

IyusJust for what it is worth - I am currently getting the same error "iTunes was unable to verify your device" when trying to restore my first-generation iPad. I restored it several times, even trying DFU mode - and each time, ultimately, I get the same message as the original poster in this thread. I have had this iPad since it was originally released, and have never run anything on it but standard iOS, I would not know how to begin jailbreaking or hacking an iPad anyway. It was working just fine yesterday. Then I decided to upgrade and to give this iPad to a friend, so I wanted to wipe it and restore. I wiped it, and now this. Very frustrating.
