Keep getting Yahoo e-mail instead of Verizon e-mail. prinst is so tiny I can barely readit. Get me back on Verizon amd get rid of Yahoo - make the print large so I can read it. Thank you.

I have the IPhone 4s and it is up-to-date with all upgrades. Just recently I changed my YAHOO! password however each time I go into settings to update the password I keep getting "YAHOO! Server Unavailable Please try again later." I have lost my YAHOO! email connection, all calendar entries and saved notes.
A lot of people have been unable to access Yahoo e-mail on their iPhones or iPads. My wife’s iPad was not downloading Yahoo mail, although her iPhone was. Both used IOS 8.2. We tried deleting the account several times and troubleshooting all of the other settings. The problem appears to have been that allowing the IOS to automatically create the account on the iPad resulted in the wrong settings for the incoming server. The following procedure, pieced together from two websites, fixed the problem for us. So far, so good.

On the iPhone, tap Settings.
Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
Tap your Yahoo account, then delete it.
Tap Add Account.
Tap Other.
Tap Add Mail Account.
Complete the Name, Address (email address), Password and Description fields.
Click Next.
Ensure IMAP is selected.
Enter the following incoming mail server information:
Incoming Mail (IMAP) Server - Requires SSL
Server: imap.mail.yahoo.com
Port: 993
Requires SSL: Yes
Hostname is mail.yahoo.com.
Username is your full email address
Password is the same password used to access webmail.
Enter the following outgoing mail server information:
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server - Requires SSL
Server: smtp.mail.yahoo.com
Port: 465 or 587
Requires SSL: Yes
Requires authentication: Yes
Username is your full email address
Password is the same password used to access webmail. It may have been entered for you.
Tap Next.
The iPhone will establish an SSL connection to your IMAP and SMTP servers.

Turn all extensions OFF and test. If the problem is resolved, turn extensions back ON and then disable them one or a few at a time until you find the culprit. -
I have two personal e-mail accounts and a general account that I have synced to my Mail app, but I keep getting emails sent to the non-personal e-mail because they're on the same server. How can I change that?
The only ways I know of for email to get sent to an account are:
1. It was addressed to that account. Someone used that email address to send you the email.
2. It was forwarded to that account by the account to which it had been addressed. I am not aware of Mail having this feature but it is often a feature provided by your ISP that you can turn on by logging into your account via the Internet and setting it up. I assume you have not done this, though.
With several email addresses in the same Mail client, you have to be careful which one you are sending from. If you send from the wrong address, any replies will come back to that same address. I make this mistake all too often. -
I keep getting a blue line when I set up signatures in Mail. Has anyone come accross this? If so any ideas on how to get rid?

I don't know the exact fix for your problem, but there is a thread on the Microsoft answers page that talks about this error message being related to a particular key.

Tried logging on to Yahoo Mail but keep getting kicked off when Itey to download new mail
Just upgraded to iOS 6. I can log on to Yahoo, but when I try to update new messages, it kicks me off to a screen for my password only. I enter password and it won't take it, even though I know it is correct.
Genieo Adware is installed. Removing it will help.
If you have another browser installed, use it.
If not, launch App store and get another browser for temporary use.
Remove it afterwards.

Webpages won't load correctly all the time. Sometimes I am entering the web address in the browser 4 or 5 times before it will go to the correct page. It seems to be redirecting to a Yahoo Search that gives a Yahoo 404 in the tab. (I don't know what this means.) My laptop works better on IE, but still has same issues just not as frequently. I have Windows Vista. Also, Yahoo Mail and Facebook is coming up in super large print and no pictures.

It was real bad a few weeks ago. I was watching a live stream for a charity event and the page kept refreshing on it's own to a yahoo 404 page! I was ON THE PAGE watching the stream, but that very page kept refreshing to a 404.

I can't receive messages, I keep getting the message "connecting to POP.verizon"
Any time I try to receive messages, I get the notice at the bottom of the page that it's connecting to POP.verizon.net. However, it never connects and I have no idea how to receive messages. I have tried several different troubleshooting solutions, but with no success.

Keep getting an ERROR MESSAGE on my postage stamp mail program
I will be moving or creating an email message and my postage stamp mail freezes. THEN I get an error message saying THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR MAIL AND YOU NEED TO EITHER QUIT MAIL AND REOPEN AND REBUILD LATER OR QUIT AND REBUILD NOW.
EACH time this happens I re open mail to find all my messages back where they were before the error message - nothing deleted and answered mails looking as it they were unanswered.
Why is this happening and what do I do to fix it?If you have recently updated to OX S 10.5.6 it is possible that the Mail application did not update correctly and to resolve that you can download [Mac Mail Update|http://support.apple.com/downloads/Mail_Update] and install it.
Required in some instances after the 10.5.6 update due to stability issues with Mail. http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2486 Technical bulletin provides more information on the background as to why the update might be necessary and other steps to resolve Mail issues.

Custom E-mail instead of Standard e-mail for PO Output type standard config
The requirement goes something like this..
"We need to create a custom table and based on the values maintained in this custom table the email addresses would be displayed when the user saves a PO. The user would select a email address from the list of email address that is shown on the screen. User would get a message confirming the email address that has been selected.
Output type would be configured to use the standard email program to send out mails. We need to ensure that the email address which would usually be the vendor's mail address is replaced with this new email address selected by the user. This functionality should work for ME9F as well."
My questions -
1) Which medium to be chosen in O/P type configuration for sending out standard e-mail. Is the PO Details send out via attachment or in the body of the mail? How would that be configured?
2) Output type would be configured to use the standard email program to send out mails. - If this is done, is there any exit where i can handle the change of e-mail address?
3) In case, i attach a Z-program for that output type, how it can be handled.Hi abhisek,
You try for Implicit enhancement where you call screen as popup. Design POPUP screen as per requirement which will fetch details from your Custom table. Find the internal table which contains the standard email ids maintained through the ran transaction and update the existing EMAIL ID in that statndard internal table.

I TRASHED Adobe Reader... where it belongs. Somehow, and sadly, Apple dropped the GET INFO from under the program name, where it had been before. Command I is now short hand for Command Inspector - i.e. no longer Command Info as was in previous versions of OS X.
So, under Command I, there is no selection to make Preview the Default PDF viewer. How 'bout that? Sad is what I say. I think Apple should be a little weary here, go on Offense, and have an OBVIOUS workout to make Preview, any/all of its programs, the Default program. -

I had a Verizon tech set my ports etc however like others we keep getting Error 0X800CCC7D. I called Verizon Support and they doubled checked my settings, that they set up, and we still Error 0X800CCC7D after 5 or 6 emails.
I went to Microsoft's Forums and they pretty much say the same thing about Error 0X800CCC7D and that the only thing left that can be wrong is the ISP has some thing wrong, there are NO more options for the clients to do.
Verizon told us they are doing away with the Yahoo accounts and connections and now have their own email program that I have accessed. However before this we did not get Error 0X800CCC7D.I am not sure how to make a image of my settings, I wrote them down as the Tech changed them.
We took out Yahoo in both our incoming and outgoing entries so they read
incoming.verizon.net
outgoing.verizon.net
The ports are now 995 and 465, below I have posted what I watched the Tech change to. We can test our email Accounts with Outlook 2003 and they will send and receive immediately in the test.
However when we actually go to send something nearly every first time or two the sending hangs up for 5 minutes. Then we get the error message 0x800ccc7d.
I have been minimizing the sending box and going on with business and eventually it sends the email, email size does not matter, then it is followed with the error message 0x800ccc7d. Microsoft's forum believes the server is not set correctly for smpt accounts with SSL security settings. That is why I contacted Verizon, who have been helpful and checked out their own settings, however neither of us has pin pointed the issue or solution.
Mail server settings
Incoming mail server (POP3): pop.verizon.net
IncomingServerPort Numbers: 995
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.verizon.net
Outgoing ServerPort Numbers: 465
Your Verizon Online user name
Your Verizon Online password
Make sure "This server requires a secure connection (SSL)" is checked. -
When I open my mail account I keep getting the message "Checking for Mail". I deleted the yahoo account and set it up again and I am still getting the same issue plus I am not seeing any of my mail or folders. Can anyone help?
This is how I fixed it on my new iPhone 5S. Using the standard yahoo setting on my phone.
You will have to access "managing your app passwords" on your account profile for yahoo. Generate password for your app. For example: "My iPhone 5S'
Go to your Iphone and set up your yahoo mail account on your phone the normal way and you have to use the generated password. instead of the yahoo account password.
