Keep Imported AudioBooks out of PartyShuffle and into AudioBooks on iPod?

Hi,
I have imported some AudioBooks from CD into iTunes.
How do I stop iTunes from selecting these tracks in PartyShuffle?
Also, how do I get them to appear in the AudioBook section on my iPod?
I have changed the Genre of these tracks in iTunes,
but they still appear in Music>Artists on the iPod,
and not in Music>AudioBooks.
I am using iTunes 6.0.2

Colin already gave a solution for that, but it only works for one track at a time.
To enable/disable 'Skip when shuffling' for multiple tracks, use this script (Set Selected Tracks Shuffle)
Also, how do I get them to appear in the AudioBook section on my iPod?
You have to make them bookmarkable and change the extension.
This script (Make Bookmarkable) will do that.
If you imported the tracks as MP3, you have to convert them first to AAC (or re-import them from CD)
