Keeps saying its missing or inaccessible, how do i fix this?

every time i try and open firefox a message pops up saying "your firefox profile cannot be loaded. it may be missing or inaccessible"

Check if you have a profiles.ini file in the "%AppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\" folder (Linux: ~/.mozilla/firefox; Mac:~/Library/Application Support/Firefox/).
This usually happens when the profile that is marked in the profiles.ini file as Default=1 is missing.

If there is still a profiles.ini file, but the profile folder is no longer present then delete the profiles.ini file to force Firefox to create a new default profile.<br />
Otherwise you can create a new profile and use "Choose Folder" to recover an existing profile.
Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

If the new profile works then you can transfer some files from an existing profile to the new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.

I wish the issue was going to be as easy to identify as a system rollout! I know you must be extremely worried about having a brand new phone acting this way. Do you get this error message every time you're on a phone call? What kinds of actions prompt the error to pop up and how often is it happening? Share details so we can help find a fix!
Also, Verizon Wireless does have a 14 day worry free guarantee time frame I want to make you aware of. You would be able to exchange your current Note 4 for another of the same make/model at no charge within that time frame. I don't know how you received an upgrade for iTunes. You make it sound like it was sent to you. At most your computer will tell you of a new version and you tell it to download it and install it. However, a computer will not do this for a version which is incompatible. iTunes 10.7 came out a few weeks ago but your computer would not notify you and even if it did, 10.7 would refuse to install on your computer. So this part isn't making a lot of sense.
Two ways to get the 'newer version' message. One is to open your library on a computer running a newer version, and then try to open it with an older version. Usually happens when the library is on an external and used with multiple computers. The second way is if you have multiple versions of itunes installed on your computer.
The newest (and likely the last) iTunes for OSX 10.5.8 is iTunes 10.6.3 which has been out for quite a while.

While playing any song on your iPod, tap the artwork to bring up the scrubber bar and additional controls. On the left hand side is a option for repeat. You want to make sure this icon is white (meaning it is set to Off). If it isn't tap it either one or two times to change its current setting.

For gmail you could try unlocking your account here: https://accounts.google.com/b/0/DisplayUnlockCaptcha. Don't know about hotmail.
