Keeps saying "sign in required"

Then i click "sign in" and another screen pops up and says "thank you". Then i click "continue" and it starts over again.

Important :  Enable Hidden Files and folders option .
Open C:drive and locate folder named Program Data.
Navigate to C:drive >Program Data>Adobe.
Open Adobe folder and locate folder named SLStore and rename it to SLStore-old
Once you had renamed SLStore folder , follow below steps :
Navigate to C: > Program Files(x86) > Common Files>Adobe .
open Adobe folder and locate folder named SLCache .
Open SLCache folder and move all its contents to backup folder on Desktop . Make sure SLCache is empty .
Then  launch CC apps which were asking for sign in every time and check.
