Keeps saying your trial has ended when paid for monthly subscription

I'm trying to download a document and it keeps saying that my trial of acrobat XI has ended.  I just paid for the monthly subscription.  Help please!

What other buttons do you have on the screen with that message? Please list them all.

    I have a valid monthly subscription to photoshop/Lightroom.
    I keep getting this message when launching photoshop cc.  Lightroom works fine. 
    I uninstalled everything via the adobe uninstaller, I ran the adobe cc cleaner and rebooted. 
    I then reinstalled adobe create cloud and installed both lightroom and photoshop AFTER signing in, they were both installed from the creative cloud menu.  It says my programs are both up to date, yet when I launch Photoshop I get the trial has expired page, I click "License this software" sign in with my valid adobe ID email, hit "sign in" and it keeps prompting for a license key.  I was NEVER given a license key so what gives?
    What is going on.....I'm getting very frustrated with this software, was working fine, have been using it for months now.
    OS: Mac OSX 10.9.2

    There are no billing issues, I have checked it.
    Adobe CC does not require serial number, to install & activate it, please go to www.creative.adobe.com .Download, install & activate it from there.
    Please let me know if it is asking for serial number when you are trying to activate the CC.

  • "Your Trial has Expired" but subscriber for months!

    I am unable to use any software in the CS6 Master collection. On opening it says that my trial has expired.
    When I click license this software (and log in) it asks for a license key (but i have a subscription).
    I checked the status of my subscription and it is active, 2 days until next billing period.
    Any thoughts how I can get this working?

    I have managed to get it to recognize my subscription by doing the following:
    1) Launch "Adobe Creative Cloud Connection"
    2) Login with account
    3) Launch an app (e.g. Photoshop CS6)
    4) Click "License this software"
    5) It now comes up with login form for adobe cloud (instead of the license key it was doing previously).
    Hopefully this will help some others that got the same problem.

    In addition to activating, you also need to sign in with your Adobe ID. Have you done that as well?

    Remove all current Adobe software.  Download Adobe Cleaner Follow instructions.

    You can click on accept or buy ,which ever option you see on that dialog box.It will prompt you to type in your Adobe Credentials.You can license it by doing the same.
    If it still doesn't work ,follow these steps and see how it goes .
    Delete all the files from following folders:
    [Home]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/SLStore
    [Home]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/SLCache
    And, delete all files from following folder except cache.db
    [Home]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/AdobePCD
    Then launch Acrobat and try to activate and check.

    You can manage your subscription by visiting Adobe.com and clicking 'Sign in' at the top-right corner.  Enter your Adobe ID credentials.  After you're logged in, click on 'My Subscriptions and services'.  Here you can stop billing for your subscription.     I had this problem, but it was because I was clicking on an external link. Try instead going straight into iTunes, then going to the Podcast section. At the bottom of the "Podcast Quick Links" section, there's a text, "Submit a Podcast." Click on this instead. Once I did, I got to the same page as before, but it did process the feed.

  • When I open Photoshop 12, it says my trial has ended, but when I enter my newly purchased code for Photoshop 13 it says it's an invalid serial.

    How can I use my serial number for Photoshop 13?  I enter it into Photoshop 12 when I'm prompted because my trial has ended, but it says that it is not a valid serial number for Photoshop 13.  However, when I go to download Photoshop 13 in my Adobe account, the only option is the Akamai installer, which I installed.  There isn't any option to download Photoshop 13.

    The serial number for PSE 13 is for PSE 13 and will not work for the earlier version PSE 12.

    Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?
    If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

  • Muse CC won't load after payment, shows Your Trial has ended

    I have been using Creative Cloud for about 6 months and as of this morning my Muse CC refuses to load, claiming my Trial has ended.
    I can load Ps CC and Dw CC fine.
    I did have a problem with the September payment going through but it went through and I still can't load Muse CC
    Anyone have any ideas what I can do to use Muse today?
    I have even tried creating a new Adobe account but got the same error.
    I can't even install a new trial version with a brand new un-used Adobe account.
    I need to get some work done and their Billing support is no help, they claim I need to speak to Technical support who are not open on week-ends.

    I haven't used my year old nike+ for several months. I used it today and it kept saying my workout had stopped when I was still running.     Both Photoshop and Lightroom exhibit the same error. Sometimes this happens 3 times in one day or perhaps every  third day. When I open either package I get a message saying that I have 00 days left in the trial and to continue I need to purchase a licence or start a trail. If I click on purchase a Licence the once I log in with Adobe ID I can get started. I have contacted Adobe chat support 6 times. They suggest deleting an opm.db  file and assure me that this will sort the problem and within 24 hours back to square one

    Here it happens only with photoshop cc 2014. i just deleped opm.db i will check again tomorrow.
