Key board shortcuts for menus

I am working on illustrator cs6 on a windows machine and i have recently discovered this cool trick of going to the Windows menu and pressing the P key to give path finder and pressing I to give links etc. and i was wondering instead of clicking, can i acess the Menu commands like windows, view, edit etc without using mouse(or by using keyboard shorts)

I Just want to know the Keyboards Shortcuts of Nokia C6. So one can use this shortcuts for fast

All well and good, but how do you get the screen back when you are confronted by a call menu - "if you want billing, press 1, if you want tech service, press 2. To hear these options again, press 3." Since the screen has been disabled automatically, how do you press 1 and/or make a selection? The manual simply doesn't say. Weezy

Is there any keyboard shortcut for toggling between Activity table and activity detail windows. It if frustrating to use mouse while tweaking relationships of activities.

Unfortunately, there are no shortcuts for this. Prior to the Oracle acquisition, Primavera had it as a goal for R7 to allow the operator to keep their hands on the keyboard most of the time, but this feature didn't make it into the final code. I feel your pain!

I want to set functional keys as shortcuts for menu items in AWT, for example F1, F2... Here's my code:
MenuItem menuItemHelp = new MenuItem ("Help", new MenuShortcut(KeyEvent.VK_F1));
But, in result, this menu item is activated, when Ctrl-V pressed. Why?

I have no idea what is going on but if you reinstall the jdk then it might fix it. I had some similar problems myself but reinstalling fixed them.

Spotlight will not remember key board shortcut

I can not get spotlight to open using my keyboard short cuts.
I set them to 'option' 'space' and when I close the 'system preferences' and try using 'option' 'space' -- nothing happens. When I go back in to the spotlight system preferences -- my key board shortcuts are gone.

no that's not the case. when I re-open system preferences and click on 'spotlight' (and takes about 45 second to load and open spotlight preferences, strange it's soooo slow to open) -- and I look at the 'spotlight menu keyboard shortcut' -- the earlier assign value 'control space' (using the dropdown) is cleared. I can re-assign it to 'contol space' and then try using 'control space' but nothing happens.

Key Board Mapping for the Shift Key

I hope this is the correct place to post.
I just tried to use Ukelele to change my ` key into a 'shift' key but could not do it. Please note that I was not trying to change the 'shift' key itself, but was trying to turn the ` key into an extra 'shift'.
The reason I want to do this is because on this european macbook they make room for the ` key by robbing you of half of the standard shift key you get on a US keyboard.
Stretching out with my little finger across this useless key has given me repetitive strain and I am one hurting unit at the moment.
I would be eternally grateful for any advice.

I did not Ask For the Key Board Equvalent.
In Forms 9i pressing F9 did not bring the attached LOV, i have to select the same from Menu. In order to avert the user to select From Menu. I want to Define F9 Funtion Globally to relfect in all forms through Key Borad Mapping.
Is it Possible?

Resurrect: Can I use the Key Board Shortcuts to use Commands like "Save"(Ctrl+S), "Refresh"(F5) etc?

Many months ago Simon Jones asked if it was possible to capture screen level key events and redirect them to perform functions in our screens. There was some discussion about having to get into the detail Silverlight events and a statement of the high
level of difficulty. I would like to resurrect the question and see if anyone in the community has developed a solution to this that could be applied to all screens in a solution.

Key board shortcuts (iPhone

Hi,
I have an iPad 4th gen and iPhone 5. Both are running iOS 7 but my keyboard shortcuts won't synchronise.
The ones on my iPad are different to my iPhone but I have iCloud on both and document and data switched on for both.
Can anyone help please? I've tried to reset the settings via iCloud.com and also done a full restore today but my iPad has different shortcuts to my iPhone.

Key board viewer for the font tamil 99 is not the same for iPad and macbook pro, why?

I have ipad 2 and macbook pro purchased in the year 2014. The character viewer for both iPad and mac book is different causing difficulties while typing. Is this issue can be resolved?

If you created your book with iBooks Author, such books can only be read on an iPad or on a Mac running Mavericks or later.
If you want your book to be available on the iPhone, you have to create it in .epub format. The Apple app for that is Pages.

Can HTML5 simulate key board shortcuts?

Are the key board docks for the Helix......

Available for purchase separately? It seems like a common problem, that I personally am getting tired of. Today is only the second time I've had to reset my keyboard docking for my helix, but that's enough for me. I've downloaded and updated the software as well, and I'm still having problems with it.
Does anyone know if I can simply buy a new keyboard dock? If so, please advise. THANKS!

What is the shortcut for switching to the previous window?

Hello everybody,
Sorry to trouble you with such a simple problem, but I can't find it in the "Help" menu. What is the key board shortcut for going back one window. From a folder window, I can click the left arrow (upper left) but what is the short cut? I thought it was holding the command key and clicking the left arrow key, but that does not work. Thank you for any help.
